Is Triphasic chart reliable to predict a BFP?

For the past cycles, I took oral BBT so it fluctuated a lot, even with the 2 cycles which I got BFPs. I can't tell if this is true or not. Here is what I have found:
www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs/Triphasic-chart.html

I have found this online - "The first peak may occur immediately after ovulation, while the second one may appear roughly 6 to 12 days after ovulation. Implantation of the embryo in the uterus may be responsible for the second BBT peak. This triphasic BBT curve could be an early pregnancy sign."

Is this true in your case? I'd appreciate a lot if I could see some BBT charts (BFPs). ❤ Thank you!

Implantation dip is a myth. The dip about a week after ovulation is just a secondary oestrogen surge and occurs in cycles whether pregnant or not. Simply, oestrogen lowers temperature and progesterone raises it.

I also think implantation dip is a myth. I was looking back at the two cycles which I got BFPs. My BBT was around 36.9 degrees until 8 dpo then it jumped above 37 degress.
Thank you for the insight! It is really helpful!
