Help with cycle

I have no idea what's going on. I'm on CD17 and not got an LH peak or rise yet (last cycle had it on CD17 and previous cycles a few years ago it was CD16/15). My BBT seems to be a bit all over the place. Anyone know why my temp was so low this morning? Or any other comments would be appreciated

Ignore the purple "fertile week" I have a short LP so Premom is saying I ovulated around the dark purple bit but I didn't

If you have a short LP, and ovulated around the dark purple bit, I would assume that the drop in temp is due to a drop in progesterone and that your period is on its way in the next 12-48hrs 🤔 how long is your LP usually?

I definitely don't think I ovulated at the dark purple bit so I'm just ignoring that. It's just premoms prediction because my previous cycle was a short LP. I have 24-25 day cycle so Premom automatically predicts ovulation 14 days before that but it's def not true.

Last cycle my LP was 8 days. Cycle before that was 7 days. And then 3 years ago I had a 8 day LP and then conceived on the 2nd cycle. I've not tracked it otherwise.
I assumed my short LP 3 years ago was due to coming off the pill. I took conception vitamins and vitamin b6 the cycle I conceived. I came off the pill 4 months ago now. Been taking b6 with conception vitamins this cycle so far

Apparently we might not ovulate every single month, I read this a while ago on the clearblue website. It’s called an anovulatory cycle. Most women never notice because we continue to get our periods, the only way to find out is by doing ovulation tests.

as per clear blue:

Anovulation is when an egg is not released from your ovary during a menstrual cycle. It is not uncommon for this to happen occasionally and you may have an anovulatory cycle one month, then ovulate normally the next.
You may have an anovulatory cycle without knowing since it’s possible to still have your period normally. If you are not ovulating, you may notice if you are using an ovulation test and do not see your LH surge.
It is possible for healthy women to occasionally have a cycle where they do not ovulate.

@pineapple03 yeah I was thinking that as a possibility. My temp went up to 36.44 today and I have a bit of a darker line on my ovulation test. I'll see what happens when I test later today
