I woke up this morning with incredibly sore boobs, blocked popping ears and have been light headed all day and had to go outside twice for fear of fainting.....or are the ears and light headed-ness more likely to be an ear infection?

Don't know why I'm asking really as I know one can answer until I test again tomorrow but just had to ask someone and don't want to say to friends!

I've not heard of ears being related to pregnancy symptoms. Best of luck on your test tomorrow and hope you feel better!

If they did it’s just a coincidence, not remotely a symptom of pregnancy really.

It’s difficult if you something really bad isn’t it? You start to notice every little change in your body. I found it best to distract myself with work, friends and hobby’s as much as possible.

@MontblancTheSecond I know.....I'm trying really hard not to get excited but this is exactly what happened first time around on these days with DS. I got a really bad cold which isn't uncommon early pregnancy (hence the blocked ears) and was lightheaded. But I have thought I was defo pregnant with different symptoms the past 4 months 🤣🙈.....feel like I'm losing the plot

Both times I’ve been pregnant (one successful, one loss) my first symptom was an incredibly blocked nose (but no cold) plus dizziness. So you never know x

I had blocked ears everytime I walked outside from the day I started the second trimester to the day I gave birth to DD. It is relatively common in the second trimester to either have a blocked eustachian tube (or an open one), one of the reasons is inadequate weight gain which I assume was the reason for mine as I had HG and lost a significant amount of weight.

I think in your case and being so early it's more likely an ear infection or hay fever issues or similar

I hope you get the answer you want when you test!
