IVF & Lupus Anticoagulant

Hi everyone~

I've been undergoing IVF treatments for almost a year now.
I miscarried at ard 5 to 6 week after the first implantation last Sep. Since then, I've undergone 3 more egg retrieval procedures to collect D3 embryos, since I have very low AMH and I can only get 1 to 2 embryos each time... This month, my husband and I planned to implant fresh embryos after egg retrieval (I prefer fresh embryos more than frozen ones for better quality).

But few days ago, I had a blood test to check if I have any immune system problems that may affect conception. Turned out my lupus anticoagulant normalized dRVVT ratio is 1.25 (normal range:<=1.20).

My IVF doctor doesn't really believe that these kind of things would affect pregnancy and he's not an expert in this area. When asked, he said it doesn't matter and it's ok to have implantation this month. He also said that he had checked all these immune system related items for me last Dec (because I requested him to), and said my ratio was 0.95 then. He doesn't think the increase now would affect anything.

I then went to see another doctor who's an expert in this area, and he said it's clearly a big problem that I have to handle before the implantation. He said that implanting fresh embryos is not an option for me, since I'd have to take medicine and injection for at least one month before implantation to control my lupus anticoagulant, and there are other items that I need to keep tracking, like TSH, CBC, NK...

I have to decide in a few days whether to give up implantation this cycle to handle the immune system problem first, or to go on with the implantation anyway... I don't know if a 0.05 surpass is such a big problem, since the fact that I'm taking ovulation stimulating shots (or even just because I wasn't drinking much water before the blood test) may have increased the ratio... But the doctor said this 0.05 already shows that I have this tendency and it's not normal...

Anyone has similar experience? I'd appreciate any advice or sharing. Many thanks!
