Hi

Just looking for advice.

Had a very faint positive on Monday. Then a positive digital Tuesday 1-2 weeks but still very faint lines on the other test.

Iv took a test every day since Monday and the lines aren’t any darker but not got lighter. Took a digital this morning and it says not pregnant. I am now 4 days late. Not cramping or bleeding etc but thinking it’s obviously not looking very good :(.

Would you just wait for the bleeding to start or do you think it’s ok to contact early pregnancy to ask for any advice. I think I would only be about 5 weeks tomorrow so don’t think they would scan or anything. Just feel like I’m going insane not knowing either way and scared to go anywhere incase I start bleeding heavy.

I have had 3 miscarriages before, one was a MMC that stoped developing at 9 weeks.

Thanks

Hi love, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I don't think the EPU would do anything given it's a very early loss. Of course there's no harm in phoning if you just want some reassurance or have a specific question to ask. If I were in your shoes I'd wait for the bleeding to start but contact the EPU if my period was significantly late (2-3 weeks late).

Hi just looking for further advice - I started bleeding as expected last Sunday. Was quite painful and very heavy for around 4 days then stopped completely.

Now almost a week later (been fine all week) iv got brown tinged discharge and keep getting pain on my left side not severe but noticeable. Just wondering if anyone has had similar?

I would contact your EPU if I were you, mainly because of the small risk of an ectopic.
