I'm 2dpo and would love some company to get through the next couple of weeks!

I'm on cycle 6 ttc #2. I keep going between feeling really hopeful and optimistic to feeling really deflated and like it's not going to happen. Hoping to stay positive though!

@Mumma8538 I haven't done my referral yet have you? Is the first midwife appt usually 8 weeks? I had a really rude, horrible one last time and ended up asking to change to someone else, so glad I did. Hope I don't get the awful one again!

It still feels really surreal at the moment and I'm still feeling really cautious. I wanted this SO badly, I think I'm still in disbelief though!

@Daisyrobin123 no I feel like I’m tempting fate if I do . I think it depends on what area you live but I think it normally ranges from 6-10 weeks so like you say 8 weeks so they will probably go for the middle.

do you remember their name and be like nope not having them. I had a lovely lady , I would love to have her .. it was like she was my friend!

oh bless you, it is hard to get your head around it but one minute I feel like shouting I’m pregnant but no no don’t do that… it’s far too early. What about work do you have to tell them? I am suppose to as soon as possible just in case changes need to be made.

I'm planning to tell work after half term which would make me around 9 weeks. I'm a primary teacher and I have some very challenging children in my class this year so I'll need a RA. What do you do for work?

@Daisyrobin123 but at the same time it’s probably better for them the easier you refer yourself the better as then they have more time to play with to get booked in.

that’s good do your work have to give you extra support? Are they good your school and will look after you? I’m a nurse so there are certain things pregnant women are not suppose to do in regards to moving and handling of patients so they like to know early for safety

Anyone around 10dpo? I am today and I felt quite nauseas this morning for a few hours and I had some cramps this afternoon and then some more intense cramping for about 30-60 mins.

Google tells me they could be implantation cramps but I thought they would last a little longer?

I’m not testing until Wednesday next week and it feels like a life time!!

@Daisyrobin123 @Mumma8538 how are you both? It’s so difficult with jobs when to say but if it’s for safety probably sooner then better! I’m self employed so it’s hoping I still have the work once I say.

I registered with the midwife service, just as you said it’s give you more time but definalty felt like I jinxed it!

How are these looking this morning? Day 11 and 13 is a change! I’ll ring for my BETA levels later. It’s interesting as I must just be 4 weeks on the dot yesterday! So I found out 3 weeks and 4 days 🫣

Also not sure what to tell OH when I disappear to the hospital tomorrow again!

I am only a bit ahead of you at 14DPO and at 9DPO I had really quite intense cramping like you, I think it changes from person to person at how long they last . I def think mine was implanting as it was different cramping to PMS . Like @Girlmom2009 said some of us had a BPF at 10DPO but I know not everyone does … you could try testing if you want ?!

@Girlmom2009 that is line progression for sure ! Maybe like you say your days are a bit different to what you think… ermmm going to Tesco? Need to pop to see a friend How far away in your hospital ? If your beta is high do they still repeat ? To check it’s increasing

yeah they re test 48 hours later to compare. I’m prepared for it to be low with where I’m at but as long as it doubles! How are you feeling today? Any symptoms ? 🤍

I think it will with those lines 😁 my stomach was really bloated yesterday and was uncomfy but feels better today. I was going to buy a digital today as today is AF due date but I just done an easy @ home one and it’s stronger so don’t think I need to. What’s going on symptom wise with you ?

You could always buy a digital so it’s in words 😍 I’m so nervy I’ll do a weeks one next Tuesday and hope it says 2-3! The bloat is really isn’t it!! Then it goes, I’ve got bad wind and just constantly slightly tender boobs. Other then that I wouldn’t even know I was pregnant x

@Girlmom2009 I’m good thank you ☺️. 4dpo today so not much to report.
My ovulation pain was quite intense this time and continued lightly for a few days. That literally never happens to me. I highly doubt it means anything, but at least I think I know I actually ovulated 🤞🏻

@Marie1990x exciting! When will you test? I think I got a faint on 8DPO im sure not due to my tests and scan ecf. Do you take O tests? 🤍

@Girlmom2009 I’m a serial tester so will probably start at 7/8dpo 😂. With DD I got a faint line on a cheapie at 8dpo. I only have a few cheapies left and a pack of 2 boots early detection though so will try and be rational about my POAS addiction. I say this and no doubt by this evening I’ll have ordered some more 😂

I had fertility treatment and with that I had a trigger injection which forced me to ovulate on a specific day and time and apparently that can stay in my system for up to 14 days so I’m a bit worried if I get a positive it could be the trigger.

AF is due Tuesday so I’ll wait for then to test (well I’ll try)…

These cramps felt a little different to PMS so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I have a 2.5year old son but I can’t remember the symptoms I had with him annoyingly!

@Girlmom2009 i say that but I know I will like to see it is words, makes it feel more real. The bloat has gone down today I know it’s hormones going up and down and I did read the bloat is worse with your second. I definitely don’t remember this is my first. My boobs are less tender this time around but I think that depends on the sex but I could keep waffling ha ha.

@Marie1990x this is a good sign about ovulation.. do you temp?

@Mumma8538 I haven’t been temping. I tried it out a couple years ago to try figure out a pattern but it coincidentally turned out to be the month I conceived 😂. I tried a few months back but can’t really figure it out if I’m honest. I’m not good at remembering to do it first thing, especially with having a toddler running riot at crack of dawn.

@ChyLL I wish I had your willpower to hold out until AF is due!

@ChyLL morning and welcome! I actually had a BFN at 9DPO and didn’t get a positive test until 12DPO! Hopefully you get a positive result!
