List of all tests that you'd recommend before IVF

Trying ti put together a list of tests to work out what my issue with conceiving is before IVF.

I've just found out that my work health insurance pays out of infertility testing (but not treatment), so want to use this to work out what the issue is, and I'll be able to request more that I would be able to through the NHS

I've had two pregnancies before - 1 took 6 months in 2021 - aged 35 which resulted in my child. 2nd, first try in 2023 - aged 37 which was ectopic, and had tube removed.

I'm now 10 cycles since the ectopic surgery and just stressing about my age and the potential age gap. I've got a Hycosy, amh and sperm test booked next cycle, but now I'm wondering whether I should also look at more blood work - thyroid, progesterone etc.

I've also had a number of evaps on 3 separate cycles - lines getting darker then period, or lines getting darker then lighter again (all after the time frame - so probably nothing but it's making me wonder whether there's an issue with implantation. My cycles are like clockwork though, even always ovulate on the same day every month.
I think my progesterone is low, my luteal phase is 10-11 days and having tried a Pdg urine test that came up negative.
I'm also wondering about thyroid- the only one I've had that was under 2.5 TSH was when I was pregnant (but that was also the latest), so I guess that's worth looking at?

Has anyone had anything else tested? I might as well do as much as I can and get a clear picture, as we're considering IVF later this year if it doesn't work out - but it'd be stupid to do that if there was some simple deficiency somewhere.

Transvaginal scan to check for fibroids. / & check appearance of ovaries - see if they look polycystic

Thyroid tested

Prolactin tested

CRP - inflammation in the body - inflammation can effect fertility etc

The it starts with an egg book is good - i highly recommend

Some females need good feretin to concieve

Good level of vit d is also important
Theres a vit d and miscarriage link

Last year - i corrected a b12 deficiency , a vit d deficiency , & a feretin deficiency..

Then i concieved 2nd cycle trying
But it was an early miscarriage

I have higher chance of miscarriage as im over 35 and now // currently have pcos

I highly recommend hertility health

I used them twice

They test hormones and fertility

They test many - many aspects

Results are very indepth
And then can be sent to your nhs record / nhs gp after

Also progsterone testing
For that i recommend radox health
29 gbp
Test 7 dsys after ovulation
