Anybody else in the same boat??

I'm 5dpo and I've had an ache on my right side through yesterday evening and all today
It's not painful but can't ignore it 🤣

Wondering if anyone has similar or is waiting like me 😊

Yes, I tested positive 3 weeks after a MC. My first MC so now I'm just feeling anxious this time around.

@Hannah4850 1 boy and 2 girls. My youngest just turned 1. Such a nerve wrecking time being pregnant after a MC. I guess I won't settle until baba is here. My first scan is in 2 weeks

I've had 7 miscarriages so it is super nerve racking I completely agree there!
Just try and relax, enjoy it and I've everything crossed you have a fab 9 months ahead of you 💖

@Hannah4850 I genuinely don't know how women cope with multiple losses. It's so awful to go through. I'm grateful for my 3 healthy children. Fc'd you get your BFP soon.

Hope everyone is ok. @Hannah4850 keep testing lovely, I think I missed my ovulation last month, but feel happy I’ve caught it this month, although we only DTD once in that fertile window. I won’t be testing until around the 10th May. X

I will do babe I've ordered some different brand opks today they should arrive tomorrow I'm not trusting these cheap ones
Last month we tested on cd11 and it was dark like these currently are then went lighter the following days, maybe I'm ovulating earlier or maybe it's gearing up but not actually happening I guess time will tell 💖

Honestly it's tough but I've learnt to accept and move on tbh, I try not to get excited till after 7/8 weeks but the last in October was 10 weeks so it's tough 💖

@Hannah4850 it is a nightmare isn’t it!! I have ran out of ovulation tests, but I am hoping that I caught it at the right time. As I was getting really bad cramps yesterday and the day before, so I feel like that was when I ovulated but who knows!! I guess we will know if the AF comes in a few weeks time. I hate the waiting game!

how is everyone?? My cramping has stopped today which makes me think I ovulated yesterday!! Keeping everything crossed for everyone this cycle.

I’m not sure I ovulated in the end. My temperature hasn’t risen at all according to my Apple Watch and my little one has been feeding non stop so I think that might’ve killed my ovulation. Also run out of opks so will need to order some more to keep an eye on whether my body tries again if this one failed. Such a rollercoaster!

My cramps have stopped also and my opk is non existent today so I'm hopeful I actually ovulated and didn't just start but miss 🫣

Is there a way to tell if we actually did ovulate or not??
I've had 2 strong opks 3 days apart but don't know if it's actually happened 😫

@Hannah4850 keeping everything crossed, it is so hard to keep track of it. I am hoping that we have DTD at the correct time too! 🤞🏻I am glad your cramps have stopped maybe it means that it was the egg dropping that caused the cramps and now it is back to normal.

@chamena honestly the rollercoaster is ridiculous isn’t it!! One minute you’re happy that you ovulate and the next you’re questioning whether that was your ovulation date! Hopefully you did catch it at the right time, I am just not ready for the anxious journey that comes after you’ve tried all the way to whether your AF is going to come #waitinggame

@Hannah4850 sounds like you are on it!! I am not sure if we have done it enough, as we DTD on the 21st April, 23rd April, 28th April and then we will DtD again tonight. We were trying to work on the basis of trying to get the sperm in my body before I ovulated to see if that helps 🙈🙈 I think I ovulated on the 28th, but I started my fertile window on the 24th April!! I feel like at this point it is just luck 🤣🤣 I think I am 1dpo today as if I’ve used the ovulation sticks correctly I should have ovulated yesterday🤣🤣

I'm so confused! I did one of the other brand opks and it's SO dark!
These are the comparison, only 1hr hold between (darkest one second urine) and no drinks
So now I'm thinking how on earth do I know when I have or am ovulating 😭

@Hannah4850 that is so confusing!! I wonder if the clear blue tests would give you a better reading I bought the boots ones and they were definitely helpful, as they very clearly showed the lines! Could you maybe buy a different brand??? I honestly feel so bloated today so I’m not sure whether that means I’ve ovulated or something else is happening 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I sometimes get bloating as I'm ovulating but today I don't have any and my cm is dry tbh I feel like I either ovulated a few days back or not at all 😔
Time will tell though I guess, have you had a positive opk??💖

@Hannah4850 that was my thinking that the bloating is from that, but who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ you never know it might be different things happening for a reason, maybe a baby is getting ready to be created 🤞🏻🤞🏻yeah I had a positive OPK on Sunday, and then didn’t have enough tests to do another one yesterday!! So I am hoping I caught the ovulation this cycle!

OPKs only predict ovulation, they show you releasing enough of the LH to encourage an egg to be released. To confirm ovulation you can track BBT (should rise after ovulation), and/or check progesterone levels on about CD 21. If you're having regular cycles then it's very likely you're ovulating, exceptions are PCOS and breastfeeding etc which may be more likely to cause anovulatory cycles (we all also have the off anovulatory cycle, it's just something that happens from time to time esp if ill/ stressed etc).

Very long way of saying, without other things going on, if you're having regular periods and OPKs positive mid cycle you are very likely to be ovulating.

if I ovulated I was also Sunday, so we are all testing around the same time!!
