Pregnant after miscarriage

Hi all!

unfortunately I had a late miscarriage at 17+2 back in September. We found out that we are expecting again and I’m starting to go crazy!

I am currently 4 weeks 6 days and I have no symptoms what so ever apart from fatigue at the end of the day!

last pregnancy my boobs hurt and I haven’t got the slightest ache and I’m starting to get worried!

can anyone save me from myself with any reassurance that this could be normal?

thanks in advance!

Both my pregnancies were completely different. My first I wouldn't even have thought I was pregnant if I hadn't missed my period, few headaches a bit further on but that was it.
My 2nd I felt like I was going to come on my period (I found out very early on I was pregnant) and had heavy tummy, sore boobs, sickness the lot. I know people who have had 3 kids & every pregnancy has been completely different. Easy to say I know after your loss but try not to worry hormones in each pregnancy can be completely different. Hoping for the best for you and it's understandable to be worried 😘

You're not being irrational, it's completely understandable to be worried & thinking the way you are 😘 I hope it is for you too xx

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. I had a MMC back in January around 9 weeks. I’m now pregnant again and coming up to 6 weeks. I am constantly second guessing how I’m feeling, it’s hard not to. It’s true that every pregnancy is totally different. After loss it is so much harder. There are a few threads on pregnancy after loss that would be worth joining for support from others in a similar boat?

My mother said this to me after I had two losses and it helped "its decided, you have no control now. All you can do is wait and hope but no amount of worrying or testing will change what's in the stars"

Congratulations on your pregnancy, I'm trying again after neonatal loss, so I understand your fear.
