Hey guys, interested in those of you trying to conceive and if you have been taking any prenatal? If so, which one? I have heard great things about the Bird and Bee power prenatal while TTC. Has anyone tried it?

No but I took Zita West and highly recommend it.

I took Seven Seas and a separate omega 3.

I spent a fortune on a whole cocktail of supplements when ttc but I don't think you can really tell. I think CBD oil and/or DHEA were what worked for me in the end but I'll never really know.
