Can anything affect implantation?

Currently in the TWW, 7DPO and wondering if there’s anything which can affect or aid implantation? Or is it a matter of ‘if it’s not meant to be it’s not meant to be’?

I googled this over and over and over after my early loss and never found anything to help. It seems most early losses are to do with chromosomal abnormality, issues with the embryo, etc. Obviously, all advice was eat healthy, exercise, take your vitamins, make good choices, etc. but nothing solid about enhancing the chances of implantation.

To be honest , I think its pot luck.
I was convinced after my long ttc journey it was something I was doing wrong.
I also had a miscarriage and became obsessed everything was going to prevent me getting pregnant and fail when it did.
Currently 17 weeks and I honestly don't know how embryo implanted and grew and how little bean is sticking around.
I've been so ill the month before and during when implantation occurred. Hadn't recovered from treatment and had so much inflammation and pain in my tummy. Diet was atrocious to be honest and still is. I read doing this , doing that, eating this or that will cause a miscarriage. I'm also 38 with various health problems , including pcos and ibs and I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I've came to the conclusion nothing aided and nothing prevents pregnancy if it's meant to be it will be. Don't beat yourself up. Getting pregnant is quite complex is getting that one good egg and sperm together . Not every embryo is normal or will implant and that's completely normal .

I had issues repeatedly with implantation and have no idea what made my current pregnancy stick...other than watching several episodes of Arrested Development after doing the deed 😂

We were trying for 3.5 years beforehand with one early loss, doctor was about to investigate whether I had adenomyosis before I spontaneously got pregnant this time so no answers provided as to what caused my earlier issues.
