Has anyone had a false negative from a Clearblue Digital?

My cycle is always exactly the same number of days but I am now 3 days late, and we are TTC, so I did 2 of those Clearblue Digital tests, and they were both negative. I know that my period might just be late, but I haven't been ill or very sytressed, and it is a bit odd for me.

Has anyone had false negatives from the CND tests?

Cycle is 32 days... and if we HAVE conceived, it would have been between 10th and 18th day of cycle (DH has had horrible flu since then and not exactly up for it!)

9 days late

4 negative tests - CBD, First Response, normal CB

I give up, I suppose I should just have some patience!

completelybaffled - I can see why you can't wait. I'm only 3 days late and the waiting is killing me. I'm also getting BFN each time I test. I did dismantle my CBD this moring though and it had 2 lines!!! Reckon I'm clutching at straws though.

I saw that! I don't know, that sounds encouraging to me. I wish I'd thought to dismantle mine , it's long gone now.

Just to let you know - I was 6 days late and my period is now here. I think I must have lengthened my cycle with B6 or something but never mind, 30 days is better than 24 maybe?

i have had three very very very faint lines on cheap tests but took a clear blue to day and it has come back not pregnant and am five days late. I am also having other symptoms aswell food I usually like is tasting strange. what should I do

his mean? I opened my clear blue inside and this is what I had seen.( I have attatched a photo.) I have two clear lines on the bottom strip and one faint right line on the top strip. I had very light brown spotting the size of 50p 5 or 6 days before this an then the next day started my period it was heavy but not like it usually is. Was playing up at the start and then faint then a sort of normal with more bloody period. Last time with my only child I caught just before too and had a period then. I am cheacking again tomorrow just incase i am. What could this test mean?

Ok ladies I'm lost I believe I am pregnant I've taken 10 cheap test that were all faint positives and took clear blue digital and it said negative! I'm going crazy because I feel pregnant period is due tomorrow but I don't think it will come

Hello I know this is an old post but I can relate to this! I am late by 4 days as of Sunday this week did a cb digital that evening and came out pregnant 1-2 weeks and used the other one the next morning and said the same thing (I didn't realise they were out of date by 3 years) booked to go gp mentioned over phone the tests were out of date didn't even say anything, have the ball rolling etc. She didn't re check or anything. So surreal as trying for so long so I just thought I will buy another in date one and do it yesterday afternoon and it said not pregnant. Did the other one this morning with fmu and it said not pregnant again! Soooo confuses and worrying now! Still no period. Anyone had this before?

Just to update confirmed today (just awaiting that final phone call) that I have had a failing pregnancy as they called it. Brought pregnacare vitamins incl B12 and folic acid so trying to stay positive and thinking of the next one.

Im 8 days late on my period I have done 2 local tests on the 5th and 6th day came up negative on the 8th day I did a clear blue normal one and also negative I’m confused?

1 neg from a clear blue.. I'm never normally late so This has baffled mee

I read up on it just depends on your hormones how much is being produced leaving mine another week if I get another negative down to the doctors I go

Hi im new to this i have a question and its bugging me basically i think im pregnant I m not sure im having some bleeding but its not like my normal period i have done a cbd today not my first morning urine said not pregnant could it be wrong?? Also i have other symtoms my nipples are huge and dark i have gone up a bra size and im bloated what do you guys think??

I have now just dismantled the test the strip inside had two lines on it could this nean im pregnant??

It’s normal to have spotting whilst pregnant I think that is another sign but I would get a doctors appointment as a positive test is never wrong.

If you take the test apart the result isn’t valid so don’t rely on that, especially with a test where you’re not meant to look at the lines at all. I would suggest doing a repeat test in a couple of days with first morning urine and preferably a more sensitive test such as a First Response Early Result (FRER).

Wondering if anybody can help me out or if anyone was in my situation before, i have an irregular cycle always have but i always get my period every month and have never missed one the longest i was late was a few days, but i am now 6 weeks late an have done about 5 pregnancy tests and all of them came back negative, i have been having a few symptoms like
fatigue
more discharge then i usually have
Cramps
Backache
Could i be pregnant and tested too early? I'v been trying 8 months now so hoping hcg just isnt showing yet, Any advice?

I had a miscarriage back in December and went on the depo injection for contraception but didn’t go back for my second shot as it was effecting both my body and my mood. I wasn’t being careful when I should of been and still had no period since last depo shot but took 3 cheap local store pregnancy tests and all came back a clear positive (two very dark lines on and 3 tests) but took 2 CBD tests a couple hours later and both ce back “not pregnant”. I’m so confused, am I pregnant or not🤔

Hi so I came on my period (regular 28 day cycle? For a week six days later I got what I believed was another period as it was the same amount of blood, nine days on I’m still bleeding but more like splitting now and it’s brown and pink. I did five pregnancy tests just to be safe and all showed a faint pink line. I give it benefit of the doubt thinking maybe evap line however they all showed the same. I then took a clear blue which showed not pregnant. Which do I believe? Also am I miss arguing if I am pregnant. Also the last test I took before the clear blue m, the pink line was faint but darker than all the other. I took my day 21 bloods on Friday to check my progesterone levels and now pregnancy possibility but I don’t get results till Tuesday. And im really nervous can’t wait that long. Anyone and experience? Oh and I’m trying to conceive baby number 2 so I would be overwhelmed if I am. Everything crossed for a healthy pregnancy I.a

@bluerose24 were you pregnant?? I have exact same line sin the inside of my test... I had spotting/ light bleeding for 2 days 10DPO and for the last week I just feel bloated, tired , crampy ( lay-off cramps in the lower abdomen) and just an emotional wreck. Got thin blue lines ( darker on one edge) on the result strips ( inside digital test) , but negative 😌 period due tomorrow...

Hi!

I know this is a few years later but just wondered what your outcome was as I am in a similar situation...

I am now 2 weeks late, took a test the first week I was late and a test the second week and both negative.
I had symptoms such as backache, pain in my right ovary, pains and aches in both my hips, covered in veins on my chest and my thighs and all round my groin, feel really fatigued and tired and just eating for the sake of it even though I’m not hungry... but craving sweet stuff.

I just wondered what your outcome was or anyone one else on this forum!

Dear @bluerose24 Would you tell me if you were pregnant or not? :) I did also opened mine, that I tested at 9-10 dpo., and it looked exactly as yours.
