Has anyone taken CoQ10 and seen success? It’s not cheap so just wanted to make sure before I buy any! Info on me below:
• 37, TTC #1 on 9th cycle
• AMH test came back v good as well as Vit D
• Been taking Proceive for about three months as has husband.
•Husband going for sperm analysis next week.
•Regular cycles (26 days), positive ovulation tests.
• Heavy and painful periods due to diagnosis of Adenomyosis and poss Endometriosis.
Realise it will be different for everyone but positive (Or not) stories of CoQ10 would be great to hear!
