Af just arrived so I'm officially out for this month :(

But onto new beginnings!

@ButterflySkies no sign of period, think I'm 4 days late. Sore, engorged boobs. Expecting the period from hell. Still testing negative. I am wondering, I had sex on ovulation day, 4th Jan, would a positive test show yet? Just thinking it's only been two weeks since I think I could have conceived. I'm just confused. I've had an awful month though so could be stress related!

Started feeling mild period cramps when I was walking the dog today, not due until next Friday. Today was feeling really emotional like PMS

I really thought this was our month and I think it's not going to be it again. It's soul destroying this whole process.

I’m still here 😅 thought AF was coming the other day when I posted - had brown spotting when I wiped which is usually how it starts. A day later nothing else, tested BFN. Friday morning a smidge more pinky spotting when I wiped so I was like go yes here she is! And nothing. Going to do another test in a minute though I’ve got a feeling it’s just AF toying with me for a laugh!

@RedRobyn2021 it being January (the longest month ever) and bloody miserable isn't helping either. Such a rubbish way to be feeling, I hope you don't get AF!

I'm 6 days late, clear blue not pregnant with dark morning pee. I believe I've just missed my period this month or am having a really late one. A lot happened: I took OVEX just after last period, I started vitamin d and folic acid for first time, I've had covid. So it's been far from a normal cycle!

Am I losing my mind? Please tell me if I am 😂

@Swift1602 I can see the shadow, no colour to it tho. How sensitive r those strips?

It’s a bit easier to see in real life 😂 25 - I’m going to pop out and get a more sensitive one soon!

It will be the covid. The infection and the vaccines are well known to mess around with cycles.

How many DPOs are you? I can’t see anything but not to say there isn’t a faint line in real life. @Swift1602

@GoldenArrow my period was a lot later after having COVID so wouldn't be surprised if that is what has happened to you this Month. What cycle day are you on?
I have ovulated today so tww starts tomorrow ekk

14dpo 😬 so I think if was positive it would probably be darker by now. So hard not to get your hopes up! Work tomorrow will definitely take my mind off it! On to next month I think…

@Mummysparrow day 34, I normally have 27 day cycles. Never been this late before. Yes definitely think it's been the COVID. Thinking back I had really heavy cervical fluid about a week after my app predicted ovulation. So I'm thinking I'll be due on tomorrow or next couple days, as had late ovulation signs.

@GoldenArrow do you do ovulation tests? Certainly sounds like that may have happened. My periods since having my daughter are generally between 30 and 34 days but I had one month at 28 days and another at 35 😱 I think I blame stress so I do worry that it will affect trying for number 2. Only time will tell I suppose

@Mummysparrow I did them during the predicted OV time on my app, and they were all 'low'. I stopped using them afterwards and didn't use any during the heavy cervical fluid. So I think I ovulated late and didn't catch it on tests. Yes, stress really can have an effect (for me anyway)!

I'm reading forums about women who get a BFP 2 weeks after missed period. I think it's so rare and just a messed up cycle though. I really want my period just so I can reset. Even though I know its very unlikely I'm pregnant, I can't fully relax until I'm out of this limbo stage.

BFP this morning! What a rollercoaster 🎢 there is hope! I’ve had zero symptoms so really did think I was out.

I think I'm out now, I tested this morning with my first wee and it was a BFN. I am 10DPO but I'm sure it would have come up by now if I was.

I was negative at 10dpo, took a few more days to appear even lightly. Definitely not out yet!! @RedRobyn2021
