I had my coil out last week and started my period today. God knows how long my cycles will be as I imagine it will take a while for them to balance out, but once I stop bleeding we are officially trying. Anyone else in a similar boat and want to join the thread?

Not 100% sure I think 9 or 10 🤔 going to do another cheap one in the morning and see and then maybe wait until Mon if I can 🙈 AF is due Tues or weds

another negative this morning - trying not to get too disheartened but im so impatient and its hard but realised i think im only maybe 8 dpo so going to wait to see if AF is late now

Definitely try not to get disheartened, especially if you aren't sure what cycle day you're on. I'd wait for AF.

I'm CD11 today and my ovulation test is darker (very minorly) than yesterday, but not peak, and DH is home tomorrow so hoping we haven't missed the boat...

Hi all! Think we missed the boat this month. The first pic is my test this time yesterday and the second pic is my test from just now. DH has been away all week so obviously no sex. He's home this afternoon, so vainly hoping we might still catch it, but not holding my breath

I'm confused now so I thought I'd ovulated but out of curiosity did a CB digital just now and got static smiley just now! After 18 days of flashing smileys ... so now wondering if I've ovulated late! And other half is out tonight so not sure if can DTD... thinking maybe morning would cover it? Sorry for tmi!

so AF is due from today (only came off the pill in sept so hoping my cycles are now regular) first AF was 16/10 then 2nd was 14/11, (so guessing i'm around 28/29 day cycle as i was before i was on the pill) not testing anymore now until i'm late but then how late do i leave it 🤔😂

If you're due today, I'd take a test...

And you're one day late? Maybe you ovulated later...

@Ontheflipside_ i think i am, on CD30 now and no sign of AF...

so AF still not arrived and on CD 31 now ? which before i was on the pill is not like me - cycles were no more than 30 days! test yesterday was BFN so unsure if my cycle is going to just be abnormally long? or i need to wait to test another week or so if AF doesnt arrive...

Hmmm that is strange! I'd definitely test again as I'm impatient, but waiting a couple of days is a good idea. Do you know when you ovulated though? Because you might have ovulated later in the month which is why you're getting bfn

@Ontheflipside_ i'm not sure when i ovulated if i'm honest.. if it was later we didn't DTD as much later on so not sure i could be pregnant.. i hate feeling like its all so up in the air! but if i remember rightly on daughter (my only child atm) it took a week or so past my AF due date before i tested positive...

My friend was quite late after her period was due with one of her sons, so there is still hope. Keeping everything crossed!

now on CD36 no AF... has anyone experienced missing period? should i be worried? was on pill for 9 years and came off 6/9 so been off for 3 months now, first AF was 16/10 then 2nd was 14/11 both 4 days long

Hey @Ontheflipside_ yes AF did arrive day 40 weirdly on xmas eve! Putting it down to stress so Jan begins a new cycle! Not going to know when to start testing for ovulation now tho as clearly my cycles aren't regular yet... hope you had a lovely Xmas! One gd thing was it meant I could drink 🍸

How strange. It is a busy (and stressful) time of year so likely why. I'd probably start testing from day 10/11 using cheap sticks and see.

I got AF today. So 31 days last cycle. Equally unsure of when to test as I got clear blue for this month but it says according to my cycle to test from day 14 but last month I used cheap ones and I'm sure I peaked on day 13.

I'll follow the instructions and see...
