Help! Is Mira worth it for PCOS?

I’m looking at getting Mira but it is incredibly expensive, not just the initial £240 cost but it’s another £90 just for the wands each month.

I have suspected PCOS though and CB and pre-mom just give me conflicting results and don’t want to hope I’m ovulating and I’m not.

Does anyone with PCOS have experience with Mira actually working for them? The website says it does, but just seems such a risk with adding a £90 bill each month. Wish I could just use CB!

Did you end up trying Mira OP? I'm wondering if it's worth it for PCOS.

@CatmumTTC no I didn’t! Didn’t want the waste of money when I have very irregular cycles as it just adds more stress. On day 82 with no period so would have been 82 days of tracking and stressing. If you have regular cycles it may be worth it though!

I have irregular cycles too but not that long thankfully! Yeah think I'll stick with the cheapy OPKs for now

I have been wondering the same thing... I nearly got one as I keep seeing them advertised but then realised with the sticks it would be so expensive?!

Has anyone got one and thinks it's worth it? xx

@Tia22 having come to the end of a two year TTC journey (now pregnant) I don't think these gadgets are worth the money and stress. If you have PCOS the best thing you can do is get yourself referred to the infertility clinic by your GP. After about 4 months on the waiting list we had a consultation, had Letrozole prescribed and conceived first medicated cycle. I'm now in my second trimester. I know it's not that quick for many so the sooner you start the process the better. Best of luck!

Thank you so much for your message and congratulations on your pregnancy! We have been TTC for over 2 years now and I'm bombarded by ads for all these gadgets daily and at the point where I will try anything but also I think you're right. I feel like I need to take a step back as it's too stressful.
So pleased that worked for you and thank you for the advice xx
