Hi guys

I've been tracking cycles for the last few months and always pretty regular to ovulate mid cycle with EWCM a few days before peak.

This month my LH readings are so low 0.1 at CD16 and not rising and no EWCM. I really want to conceive but I'm worried I'm now out this month and not going to ovulate or too late for it to matter.

I had a miscarriage in June but my cycles have been pretty regular since then so this is Strange.

I have upped my supplements this month adding vit b/c/d into the mix along with coq10 and omega 3 which I have been taking since we started trying.

I did have my first reflexology session last week and she did say my pituitary gland was off so wondering if the reflexology has done something to me 😂😂

Anyone had a cycle like this and gone onto ovulate or even conceive?

Thanks for the advice. Charts attached for ref!

I wouldn't worry if I was you (ok, there is a small worry of not ovulating at all, that's true). I used to not track all my cycles, and on this last one I did, I was very surprised to find that my ovulation was on day 17! Even though my periods are 28-29 days long.
I got a bit confused and then I found this on the internet:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC27529/

That says that ovulation can vary greatly even within the same woman with regular cycle.
So all normal!

And, why do you say ovulation might be "too late"? I think it doesn't affect anything... I'm not a doctor, but from my knowledge all this time trying, if anything, the endometrium might be thicker (and therefore easier to implant?)

I ovulate in CD22 and I’ve been pregnant 5 times… I have a 30 day cycle give or take. If you do ovulate later, you can still get pregnant :) good luck!
