Reading premom ovulation charts! Confused!

Hello! So I've started the past few days tracking ovulation and looking for some advice from the pros as I am confused how to read!

My cycles are abit haywire. Have 2 kids and hormone levels are normal so not pcos i have been told. At times my cycle can be 28 days for months like clockwork and then another fee months of 42 day cycles. The past 2 cycles have been 42 days long. This month is the first month we are going to start trying so thought I'd buy the easy @ home ovulation tests. I've read mixed things and unsure to know when is peak and what the numbers mean. How do people know with the numbers when they are due to ovulate? Feel the estimation could be wrong cause my period csn be allover the place! Just confusing myself! Does anyone have experience of this or similar cycles ? I've attached a picture of my chart over the past 4 days since my period ended.

@IsLarryFromSomething I'll probably retest tomorrow to be sure. It was def blue and not clear but i know clearblue isn't the best for early testing so I'll see !

@Sez281 your chart looks similar to mine, was you fortunate to conceive that month?

Hi @Xxfifixx89 I didn't that month unfortunately but I did get my BFP at the end of January and will be 11 weeks tomorrow. I'll attach my chart.. I started doing bbt around October too which I liked on top of opks. Fingers crossed for you this cycle 🤞
