I see plenty threads asking people’s opinions on their tests and I thought I’d make a thread specifically that we can all post tests and comment on one an others, for those who are interested.
I don’t think everyone on the conception thread is mad for early testing, I am though so hoping some like minded people join me.
I’ll start, I’m out this month I’m sure but had a squinter the other day and negative since
my squinter is bottom and others above, can hardly even see my squinter any more it was a few days ago……..

well af showed this am so I guess that answers mine ! 🙄

Hi friends, bear with me as I'm hyper sensitive to chemical pregnancies having had one before my first born. Top test was 12DPO SMU. Bottom test is this morning, 13DPO FMU. It is lighter, undoubtedly. I know some people notice a big difference in the time of day they test but I never seemed to with my first. Do you think I should be mentally preparing myself for this going wrong or am I overreacting?

@peonym remember that some tests darken over time so yesterday’s test might have done that. Try and have a day off testing then have another test and see how it goes xx

@DotS43 it could well be implantation spotting, and that’s a pretty strong line. Maybe test tomorrow morning and see what comes up. FWIW I find the progression to be clearer if I test every other day, rather than every day. Sometimes it’s too hard to spot any difference day to day and it can cause unnecessary panic.

Im out of FRERs and live in the outback hours from shops. So will have to hold out few days before using the digital I’ve got on hand.

Think this gives me the ultimate answer (I’m 10dpo). I hope in the nicest way possible I’m not back here anytime soon asking you ladies for your thoughts on lines. I do want to say a massive thank you to you all for your encouragement, kindness and lovely messages over the last two months. You truly are a lovely bunch.

I’ll still stalk the pics and give my opinions though!

Hi everyone. I think my strips yesterday must have been faulty yesterday because I’m bfn today :( going to stop testing now and see if AF shows in the next few days. The doctor said if I don’t get AF by next week she will do a blood test.

Could of been chemical preg maybe

@cth96 it might have been a very early chemical or some sticks being a bit more sensitive than others. Fingers crossed you get your Bfp soon.

Hi everyone, I'm 3 days late and tested today but I think even with the enthusiasts in this group we can say it's a BFN 😔 I don't understand what's happening with my body. I have been being cramps like AF is coming for over a week but they have stopped now. I've also had lots of EW mucas, but I also had it when I was due to ovulate. This definitely felt like AF but nothing. What do I do now? Keep testing? When do I worry if something is wrong or call Dr? This was on an early detection superdrug test so should have picked it up if there was something there. Not sure what the lines are going up the test unless it's flooded but that still would have shown a line right?

Did you test with first urine of day ?

Do you know when you ovulated / - was it quite late in cycle ?

Not FMU because I didn't it would matter at this stage with an early detection. Ovulated on the 6th according to apps but I don't check temp. Had cramps and mucas though and felt like it was ovulation

It would be right for a normal cycle too, Last month I ovulated and started early so maybe it's my body messing around but definitely felt like AF was coming the past week. Cramps have mostly stopped, still getting mucus. This can't have been a very late ovulation surely? Didn't feel like it and would have meant I've ovulated after day 27 of my cycle?

Some people ovulate that late

Cycle we conceived ( and then early miscarriage) - ovulation was cycle day 21

Cycle before it was day 28

Sorry I meant normal for my cycles. I've always been fairly regular. I may well be peri menopausal or something - I turned 40 this year so it's another factor I guess. Might try and give it a few days then try testing again if no AF and maybe speaking to dr after a well or so if I'm still not feeling right

Tested again today and bfn. Think I’m out this month! Period due on 29th.

Often good to test after/ when late or missed period
