I see plenty threads asking people’s opinions on their tests and I thought I’d make a thread specifically that we can all post tests and comment on one an others, for those who are interested.
I don’t think everyone on the conception thread is mad for early testing, I am though so hoping some like minded people join me.
I’ll start, I’m out this month I’m sure but had a squinter the other day and negative since
my squinter is bottom and others above, can hardly even see my squinter any more it was a few days ago……..

What do people think of this? Is it an indent? I'm going crazy here haha. The picture with 2 tests the top one was done first and the second test a couple of hours later, thank you xx

@HopeHopeandmoreHope thats a very obvious line but looks very thin. Is there a clearer pic of it? Also I see something on the second one too so you have the original pic of that one ?

Hello ladies I am 6dpo and I tested yesterday and today and got vvvfl on both. But since yesterday been spotting only when whipping light pink or brown blood. But I just checked and now it's gone. I'm confused to what's going on. Here is both tests.

TTCmamaof1 · 30/08/2023 15:52

Thank you! I have everything crossed too, this TWW has been the longest two weeks of my life!! X

peonym · 30/08/2023 16:01

Hey @HopeHopeandmoreHope those look like dry tests, was the photo taken a while after? I wouldn't trust them just yet!

TTCmamaof1 · 30/08/2023 12:36

I need line eyes on this please! I am currently 11 DPO. Breastfeeding too though so not sure if that affects anything??!

i did the test and came back to 15 mins later to this:

could this be an indent given I waited longer than 10 minutes?! It definitely looks slightly pink to me!

TECHNICALLY possibly an evap but... this actually looks like the start of something to me! I hate getting anyone's hopes up though so I would err on side of caution and confirm with another one ;)

The line came up within 5 minutes but the photo was taken a bit after, I've just ordered first response so fingers crossed x

satellitesunshine · 30/08/2023 16:08

@HopeHopeandmoreHope ah ok, and to be fair we're only seeing the line in the photo so maybe it was still there when you first took it. Fingers crossed for confirmation soon!

fedup2010 · 30/08/2023 16:45

just to add regarding Clearblue Weeks indicator test, it is absolute rubbish. I had HCG blood test done yesterday morning it was 60, so very low right... weeks indicator test was showing as 1-2 weeks pregnant yesterday afternoon which is understandable. As I am going through miscarriage I've just done another one ( burning money away why not) and now its 2-3 weeks which is actually impossible even if I had ectopic there is no chance hcg has increased so much to trigger 2-3 weeks pregnant. Really dissapointed in this test so warning to everyone... you can't trust it!!

TTCmamaof1 · 30/08/2023 18:13

I thought so too!! I just thought by 11 DPO it would be a lot more obvious if there was actually some thing there!! Here’s hoping, will retest at the weekend (if I can wait that long!!)

MrBigsCat · 31/08/2023 16:15

@HopeHopeandmoreHope any more tests today?

Hi here is an update @MrBigsCat of my Bfp from yesterday morning with fmu I showed my husband and my old midwife I have had 6 children and most of my tests with my other children have been like this I had my suspicions that I was pregnant because of the headaches, light-headedness/dizziness, bitter taste in mouth, nausea, sore boobs, frequently going to the toilet a lot day and night, heightened sense of smell, missed period 🤗

Thank you 😊 @MrBigsCat the other test that was faulty what i did on Tuesday at 12 dpo clearblue apologised and said they would send out another test which I received today but I couldn't wait for the test to I just had to take the test yesterday morning as I wanted to find out I was 14 dpo I was due on yesterday I was so excited when I saw the line yesterday as me and my husband lost a baby in January and then last year in October I was told to stop smoking and eat healthy by the hospital which I do anyway as I have Ibs and I can't eat anything with gluten in I can't drink normal milk I have to have alpro almond milk I have stopped smoking which is going to be hard as I have smoked for 31 years and I am 41 now just turned in July but I will do for my health and my baby 😀

Sunflower360 · 01/09/2023 09:39

Hi everyone, just an update from me and in case it might help anyone else. Looks like I had a chemical. I have had brown spotting from what I think was implantation (DPO 9 or 10), tested on DPO 14 and DPO 15 and got faint lines but were all positive. Had a beta blood test on DPO 16 HCG was 14 so low but within thresholds for pregnancy, due one this afternoon but home test this morning shows its a negative now which is DPO 18.

Photos are below, the test with no ink on it is todays, and definite negatives.

Anyway wanted to share in case it can help others on faintness of lines etc...but everyone is different. I was put on Progesterone pessaries from DPO 15 so think that may have delayed the bleed as I'm still waiting for a AF, albeit brown spotting has slowed down so would imagine it's round the corner.
