I see plenty threads asking people’s opinions on their tests and I thought I’d make a thread specifically that we can all post tests and comment on one an others, for those who are interested.
I don’t think everyone on the conception thread is mad for early testing, I am though so hoping some like minded people join me.
I’ll start, I’m out this month I’m sure but had a squinter the other day and negative since
my squinter is bottom and others above, can hardly even see my squinter any more it was a few days ago……..

@Sunflower360 looks like a good positive line to me congratulations 🎉

Sunflower360 · 28/08/2023 09:42

Thanks @Kellyaust this has never happened before, been trying for a while 🥹, was about to start IVF again too this month and paid for it so will need to look into what happens with that if this positive sticks 😬 I had a bit of red when I wiped on Thursday (not usual) and since then brown spotting (I usually get brown spotting around 3 days before AF) which seems to have stopped today hopefully. Is it normal that I have no other symptoms? I have tender boobs but again normal for AF... only thing different is that my temp is still bit higher than normal. Should I not have other symptoms by now? AF was due today

Kellyaust · 28/08/2023 09:47

@Sunflower360 thats usually the case when you book ivf you end up conceiving lol. No the symptoms thing is fine you don't generally start getting proper symptoms til week 6 really. I'm 4+4 and only things I have are on and off cramps.

Confusedddddddd · 28/08/2023 09:48

@peonym AF is a day late but all negatives since the two days of very faint lines.
Tbh I'd be happy if it was just that it tried to implant and failed - which is what I've read can happen when it show very very very faint lines on sensitive tests. It's my first cycle TTC after ectopic and ovarian cystectomy, so I'm going to go with that. The idea of having one working ovary on the opposite side of my only tube had been stressing me. Onto next month!

greentree16 · 28/08/2023 11:25

13dpo today, all BFN so far... feel like I can see a shadow on the onestep from this morning but I know they're bad for evaps and indents
I have PCOS so struggling with really varied cycles after a chemical in April, currently on day 49!

@greentree16 hmmm hard to say but I don't think I do see it but pics are harder to see. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

fedup2010 · 28/08/2023 12:57

@Sunflower360 that is a very good line. Congratulations!

Sunflower360 · 28/08/2023 12:59

Thanks @fedup2010 , will keep testing each day I think, hopefully the line continues to progress...

peonym · 27/08/2023 23:20

@Confusedddddddd and @cosymama2020 I'm hoping for some good news updates from you both as it's been a few days since we heard how you got on with testing / blood work!

Unfortunately a chemical for me this month. Looking forward to trying again next cycle and hopefully sharing some potentially positive tests with you all!

peonym · 28/08/2023 16:02

Sorry to hear it @Confusedddddddd @cosymama2020 onto the next cycle and sending positive vibes! ❤️

Sunflower360 · 29/08/2023 07:01

Some advice please...took another yesterday that said 1-2 weeks and another this morning which is still faint (pictured), should the line not be progressing? Bit worried as I've still got a small amount of brown spotting when I wipe. I think I'm 15 DPO and AF is now 1 day late. Could this be a chemical, anyone else had a similar experience?

Kellyaust · 29/08/2023 08:54

@Sunflower360 you could have or be implanting late, I would leave it 48 hours between testing then you should notice a difference in the line x

peonym · 29/08/2023 10:15

Hi @Sunflower360 I agree that you should leave it 48 hours between tests to get any kind of accurate progression (easier said than done I know). If you've had a number of positive tests including a positive digital and either your period comes (quite heavily) and / or your tests turn to negative then unfortunately it will have been a chemical. But you definitely aren't at that stage yet with just a slightly lighter test. Differences in when you test and how much you drank overnight will really impact on a test so don't assume it's bad news if one is slightly lighter. I know it's really hard, but try not to stress at this stage.

TTCbaby2x · 29/08/2023 10:34

AF due either today, tomorrow, Thursday or Friday (I have irregular cycles, usually AF shows between CD33, 34, 35 or 36 - changes each month) tested again today. Thought again I saw a hint of something but I think again I'm grasping onto hope that something is there... slight cramps today also. Feel like if it was my month I'd defiantly be seeing something by this point

@TTCbaby2x i definitely see something on those ones... Though I can't work out if it's an evap. How long before that showed up? X

If this is it, is it too early for a digital? I don't think I'll believe it until I see 'pregnant'

PerfectPairOfPlums · 29/08/2023 12:00

Try the digital @TTCbaby2x
