Officially back to 1dpo...2nd cycle after MMC. Anyone else??

Hi everyone just thought I'd update maybe for my own sanity, 5 days late for AF but no BFP... all very interesting (!) hopefully next month xx

@Unsure01 It's difficult to see but I think I see a line too! Not sure what to advise other than retesting with a digital early one as it might be more clear either way?

@Kellyaust @J0lly everyone, thank you, I've now redirected my anxiety to watching line progression like a hawk!! I know it's not an exact science, added pic in case anyone is interested. I'm using the 'other' tab on premom as don't want to jinx anything by turning it to pregnant on the app (I know it's ridiculous)

EPU scan is on the 9th @Kellyaust think it's going to be too early to see anything tbh so trying to prepare myself for nothing on the scan now

@Twocatstwodogs hey that's some really good line progression there to be honest.. I think you have nothing to worry about.. how many dpo are you? And have you taken a digital? X

@Twocatstwodogs the lines look good! Yes definitely prepare yourself because it is quite early to see anything but they will probably get you in 2 weeks after for another 🤞

@Unsure01 its hard to tell you just have to do another test in 48 hours I'd say

I’m in Aus so we’ll be heading into Winter - however our winter is about 20 degrees!

I think I'm 18dpo now, thanks for your message, really hope it's ok this time. Yes my digital said 1-2 weeks so I think conception happened on 20th July

Yes think so too, can't help but hope to see something but I need to not think like that as it's almost impossible as I'd be 4 weeks 6 days, sooooo early.

How are you feeling about things? Are you managing to switch off a little bit or not really?

@Twocatstwodogs I'm totally switched off... To the point I'm wondering if I can even try anymore, definitely think I'm going to avoid OV this month I can't handle the disappointment anymore tbh.

Totally, I get it. I think that's a good way to be, well done and see how you feel as time progresses maybe. Hopeful things will be clearer for you soon, I get that uncertainty, it's difficult.

Hi all.. what's your thoughts on my BBT chart? Had different start times at work this weeks last 3-4 mornings hence the different time measurements as shown.. however only by like 30-45mins.. Currently 14dpo.. AF is due tomorrow.. had some mild twinges but nothing much.. last tested at 9dpo and got a BFN? Reckon an early CB digital would be accurate day of AF is due? Planning to test tomorrow with FMU.

How is everyone doing??

@mahii95 sorry not sure with charts to be honest. Maybe do a test, it should show now 🤞

@Kellyaust I’ve just had my USS scan and referred to the consultant for follow up, all a bit unclear. Being given progesterone to hopefully help and another appointment in 2 weeks time. The EPU were lovely about how anxious I am. Another scary tww for me now, after these two weeks is when I found out I’d miscarried last time so I’ll be panicking the whole time. No symptoms at all yet either.

How are others getting on?

@Twocatstwodogs it was expected with you being so early wasn't it, but it's great they've put you on progesterone already as my epu said it'll be at 6 weeks but that's when baby stopped growing last time so I would also be super anxious. Fingers crossed this next 2 weeks goes fast for you, I know it's hard but just try your best to treat yourself well and be calm and hopefully all will go well

Thank you @Kellyaust , yes I'm going to try to forget about it until the next appointment as much as I can. I can't make a difference to what will happen really. Yes, I had similar timing, all was going well and then it wasn't.

How are other people getting on, would be lovely to hear good news.

@Twocatstwodogs well I've had my peak early today should've been Friday so I'm glad I still thought to check, we dtd 2 days ago and probably tonight but then he's away with work tomorrow so I'm not hoping but I feel much more relaxed

@Kellyaust I'm glad you're feeling more relaxed! I saw my fertility nurse today and she said that stress can be a huge factor in whether you conceive or not. I got a bit obsessive last month so I'm trying to relax this tww. I've got my blood tests coming up at the end of this cycle so it's not the end of the world if I dont catch this month.

I think after a loss you get so stressed about being pregnant again don't you.

@Twocatstwodogs your line progression looks really good! Did you have a 6 week scan already or are you waiting for it? ❤️

@thejollytrolleydolly omg absolutely, that's the most stressed ove ever been last month n I feel so much better this month!!! What will be will be and no amount of stress is gonna help me that's how I see it now. I'm glad you're sorted with the nurse, if I don't catch this month I'll go for bloods too I think

@Kellyaust yes definitely do, even if it's just to put your mind at rest. There's so many "what ifs" going around your head after a loss that you drive yourself mad! I even convinced myself that I was peri-menopausal! It's chilled me out actually speaking to someone in the know. I would definitely recommend it. It sounds like you're feeling better now though.

I'm just trying to leave it to fate now and I have a promotion coming up that will make my maternity pay much better so it's not the end of the world if I wait a few more months 😊 we will get there eventually when it's meant to be xxx

Oh that's exactly what I've done, with the intense effects I've been having from hormones and the spotting between ovulation and af I've convinced myself I'm peri menopausal too 😂 BUT now I'm thinking right how can I be? My periods are fine and my OV comes on time etc... This last cycle actually was bang on time but I'd convinced myself it was really late coz I'd had af pain for over a week... It was actually perfect timing at 28 days!

Crazy what your mind does under stress!

When we first started trying I said it would take at least 1 year anyway... That was January so I'm not going to sorry at all until then.... Well at least try. 😂

What dpo are you now? I've actually had the best opks I've had since mmc this cycle, went from hardly any line to peak within a few hours yesterday so OV should've been overnight or today. And it's much less painful than last month.

Another peak opk this morning and a bit more pain but still beatable so think OV is today, usually I get a peak opk and the next test has gone back down it doesn't usually peak for this long so good sign my body is almost healed, dtd last night and was much more fun and relaxed so feeling good today, might get another in but if not I'm fine with it too 😊

@Kellyaust your opk's sounds like mine! I peak really fast and then it's gone soon after! I peaked yesterday morning then it trailed off throughout the day so I think I ovulated yesterday sometime. It would make sense as I had a really bloated crampy tummy yesterday which has gone today. So 1dpo for me!

I've got loads of bits to get on with this month so hopefully that will keep my mind occupied and not symptom spot constantly for the next fortnight! It's nice to know were both more peaceful this month! I'll attach my opk's from this month below 😊

@thejollytrolleydolly yes so it looks like you had your peaks overnight then it started to trail off mine usually does that fairly quickly but I've had my first peak yesterday at around 11.30am and it's still at peak this morning so it should start trailing off later today but I was so surprised yesterday at 8am it was negative then boom haha

Yes I'm going to be the same... I've had more symptoms when I'm NOT pregnant so I'm stopping all the symptom craziness 😂

@Kellyaust same! The last 2 times I was pregnant I just felt like my period wasn't coming because I have so many symptoms when I'm due on. What will be will be 😊 I am looking forward to being pregnant again though. I do love it 🥰 x

@thejollytrolleydolly oh gosh yeah me too apart from about 5 weeks til 14 weeks coz I feel so sick... I don't even get sick but the feeling is enough for me 😂 tbf after my toddler I said definitely no more coz her birth was horrendous... We soon forget though don't we 😂x
