Breast pain in early pregnancy

Hi, im currently trying for my fourth baby. First with new partner. It’s been 13 years since I was last pregnant.

My first three pregnancies were within five years of each other, x 2 boys x1 girl.

Each pregnancy was slightly different by my symptoms at the start were the same . No sickness but feelings of nausea on and off for first few month. Fatigue probably worse with first. Aversion to tea and coffee. And the first and most prominent breast pain. From what I can remember the breast pain was the earliest and most obvious symptom. I also had a miscarriage and during that pregnancy I noticed that my breast stopped hurting immediately after the miscarriage, the pain ebbed away as the pregnancy did

Last year I had a chemical and again my breasts hurt and it was this that prompted me to test. Again the day before my period arrived, marking the end of my short pregnancy, my breasts stopped hurting.

This month I’m late which isn’t common for me but I’m delaying testing until late this week because I’m trying to spare myself any stress and disappointment. But my question is , is it possible for my breasts not to hurt with a different pregnancy and the pregnancy still be ok?

i know each pregnancy can be different but for me this has been a very consistent symptom. Has anyone had multiple pregnancies and experienced clearly different symptoms. I’m late this time but my breasts stopped hurting after ovulation as they typically do. In the past when I’ve been pregnant they haven’t stopped.could it be possible that I’m pregnant and this time my breasts aren’t hurting

This questions sounds so basic but it’s really driving me mad and I’d love some real life feedback if anyone has examples

thank you

I had incredibly sore boobs with my first.

Second pregnancy I had no pain at all but then that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so I assumed that was why.

Currently 8 weeks into my third pregnancy and again no pain at all (although can already see they are bigger and burger nips have started 🤢😂).

Have had a scan showing a little bean and a heartbeat and lots of other symptoms so presumably the lack of pain isn't a bad sign this time.

I wondered if it was because I had breastfed last time so my breasts had already changed and then not gone back to normal afterwards?

Thanks so much @carparkcow for taking the time to answer

i breastfed for years across the three of mine so that might undermine the theory of tired , stretched boobies 😂

I just really hope my non painful boobs don’t automatically mean I’m not pregnant this month and that if I am all is okay

ill test later this week if AF hasn’t shown xxx

I had a lot of first trimester breast pain with my first pregnancy. I also experienced a lot of breast growth.

This pregnancy I've had no pain and haven't had any growth that I've noticed. I'm not worried about it at all. 16 weeks tomorrow.

Thank you @shivawn
