Fertility friendly diet

Hello! I'm looking for some fertility diet recommendations. I'm 37 soon, have a 5.5yr old ds who was v easy to conceive and I'm now 19 months down the line ttc baby no 2. In that time I've had one miscarriage, two chemical pregnancies and one tfmr. I'm throwing everything at my fertility now as a bit of a last ditch attempt to conceive a healthy sticky bean. I've been very careful about what I'vs been eating in the past few months and am currently doing Emma cannon's fertility cleanse. However, I'm slightly overweight (BMI 25-26) and have noticed that so many fertility foods are making me put on weight (I'm guessing it's the nuts, avocados, full fat dairy stuff etc) which is frustrating as I've never eaten better in my life yet. I'm exercising gently - walking, yoga, swimming.
Should I be investing some time in trying to lose some weight - i.e. moving away from the fertility friendly foods and on to low fat stuff etc? Or should I just stick to these fertility foods?
I'm quite frustrated no weight has shifted - although I'm not doing the diets for that reason I thought cutting out all the crap I was eating would help me shift some lbs but it's not! Thoughts welcome x
