Early pregnancy/implantation?

Hello. Today is 5/april/23. I’m 17 from UK and I had my nexplanon removed on 17/3/23 due to very heavy and irregular periods. My cycles were 12-16 days long.
I got my period 17th-23rd march. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 19th, 23rd, 26th march and 1st and 2nd of April since the implant was removed. My ovulation was estimated 24th-30th march (CD7-13) and highest ovulation peak day being about CD9/10.
After unprotected sex on 2/4/23 I experienced a small amount of brown discharge and for the past 4 days including today (CD19) I’m spotting the images down below. I’m not due on my period for 5-10 days yet. Is it early spotting or implantation bleeding? I’m peeing a lot more, I got tonsillitis 2 days ago, I’ve felt dizzy, abdominal cramps, sore/more sensitive nipples (I’ve never experienced that), headaches, very very fatigued and often napping and getting very emotional.
Is it too early to test or when can I test?
many thanksStar

12-16 days is a very short cycle are you sure that’s correct? Most cycles are an average of 28 days, are you counting it from the start of one period to the start of your next one?. It would also make all your other dates incorrect. I’m assuming if you’re only 17 that you’re not intentionally trying to get pregnant? You really should look into contraception. There’s no way to know what it is until you do a test. You’d be better off waiting until your period is due though as your dates are a bit all over the place.

Yes they are correct. I was on nexplanon for over a year and it messed my cycles up totally. So that's why I came off of it.
I inserted a picture of my cycles. I get a period every month as usual and after 1-2 weeks I had another period so 2 periods a month. This is my first cycle after being off of nexplanon and I haven't yet had the 2nd period. Doctors reckon I have endometriosis as I have almost every symptom but takes a long time to be diagnosed.

It’s far more likely that it’s your body regulating itself after nexplanon. Coming off birth control means your body has to regulate the hormones and everything you are describing is caused by hormones, not necessarily pregnancy hormones though. Wait until your period is due but definitely look into another form of contraception.

I was told it takes at least 6 weeks minimum to 3 months max for your periods to regulate after nexplanon removal

It can vary, some people can go back to normal almost straight away, some people can take a lot longer than 3 months, there is no minimum or maximum time scale. If it was making your periods irregular though i imagine it will take some time to get back to some sort of normal, in which time you may get all sort of symptoms.

Just curious, with tracking your periods and LH Are you trying to conceive or trying to avoid pregnancy?

I track periods as I suffer very bad with them and doctors are convinced I have endometriosis so I log everything down so I can show doctors each cycle and how often I get them, how heavy my flow is etc. I've come off of contraception like they advised as it was making me worse to see if my health improves as I've suffered painful, 3 week long, 2x a month periods for 7 years now.

That’s rough! I hope you manage to sort it out and get your diagnosis.
