Recommendations for private sperm tests

Hi! Looking for recommendations for private sperm tests and morphology, maybe a joint one depending on costs. I’ve had a lot of tests on the NHS and have had 4 miscarriages, a live birth, and an ectopic last year (but would be interested to see egg reserves, etc. now). My husband hasn’t had a test since the one on the NHS 5yrs ago, so thought we’d go private just for a test. We are in London, so anything central, or north London would be great. Thanks!

The male fertility clinic in London charge £169 for private sperm analysis.

for egg reserve, I did an online Superdrug order for the AMH test (76.99)- have to do a finger prick blood test at home and send it off then they email you the results.

those were the cheapest I found but if doing a package of all the tests together, you may be better off going to a private fertility clinic instead.

Ohhh bump for this. And also what the collection process was like? Was it being the sample in from home at an allotted time slot?

Are you doing IVF or trying naturally? You could get a cheaper sperm analysis test and if it comes up low on something, then I would recommend getting a fertility assessment at a clinic. We were £500 for my AMH test, DH sperm analysis and a consultation with a doctor to give us these results and tell us the next steps. If his sperm analysis is OK then I would recommend finding somewhere nearby that does a sperm DNA fragmentation test.

I say go to a clinic because I imagine they would have better technology and facilities to properly analyse samples than a test you send in the post - not sure how accurate that would be?

We’re trying naturally. We have a child and we are so thankful as after all the miscarriages didn’t think it would even happen. I’ve just turned 41, so know the odds aren’t in our favour! We won’t be going down the IVF route.

Our results last time were good (in terms of testing through the NHS). Just want to know where stand now. Happy to pay around £600 for the the full tests for both of us, just not sure which clinic to go to.

Have heard excellent reviews about this place - we're planning on doing the couples fertility testing next month for £550:
