Feeling like a fool took a test only 8dpo! Snap me out of it!!!

So I'm 8dpo, and swore up and down I wouldn't test until my AF was late this time. I've never tested this early before, but this month I've had absolutely none of the symptoms I've previously thought would result in a bfp.

I usually get sore boobs say after ov, and a large amount of creamy cm on 4/5dpo. This month I've had absolutely none of that, and I got it in my head that maybe this lack of symptoms was a good sign. I know I'm definitely not our yet, just feel like a t@#! for even bothering to poas.

Anyway, trying to keep my hope alive, has anyone got a bfp in the month where they didn't have their usual tww symptoms (which I guess means it's usual pms)....

Ok ok ok. So I'm not freaking out just yet but what are opinions on this?

Baring in mind, I had one just like this ONCE the other month and it also didn't start to appear until the 7/8 minute time. And thr bathroom was steamy 😂

How many dpo are you? It looks good but I was trolled by this brand last month so am always weary! Fingers crossed the lil lines keep coming!!

@Pbubz 8/9 dpo. I too have been fucked over by these tests so definitely don't trust the buggers.

Obviously I'll do a pre bed test and see what that one says!

And it's far too dark for 8/9 dpo plus I tested 12 hours ago and it was stark white.

@Pbubz I'm ashamed to say I retested after 2 hours lol!!

I knew that was an evap even though it was pink. I honestly don't know why I keep buying that brand. I'm a mug!!

@overthinkersanonnymus absolutely no shame amongst us poas addicts!! I like wondfo and premom cus I've never had an indent or evap on them, but have some easy@home left so still use them. I didn't realise how bad they could be but since I got a pink evap last month I've seen loads of posts on here and reddit with the same thing. Stupid things!!!

Arseholes!! I've had bad pink evaps with wondfo as well so I can't go back to them.

And I'll be damned if I'm buying FRER for my addiction ha!!

Next month I might really really try to not test and just wait till my period comes. See how well that works out 🥴

Ohhh nooo I had so much faith in my wondfos! Thanks for the heads up though. I don't think I'd be able to hold off testing as long as I have them in the cupboard. When they're gonna I'll try not to buy any and won't test before 12/13 dpo 🤞🤞

Thanks @overthinkersanonnymus trying not to get ahead of myself. Hope you get a bfp soon! This was my first month using opk strips as opposed to the clear blue digital, so if it is positive I'd probably credit the strips with getting the timing right

Hey @Pbubz I actually just did a wee science experiment and retested under the same conditions as yesterday. so same time, steamy bathroom etc, with two tests, and not even a sniff of a line

I wonder what tomorrow will bring for us... I'll be 11dpo

BFN for me. I'm 10/11 dpo so I'm out for this cycle.
