Bleeding in early pregnancy how many of you have had it?

How many people actually bleed during early pregnancy?
I'm almost 6 weeks and bled for 3 days at 5 weeks, then light pink spotting when I wipe starting last night.
I'm booked in for an early scan on Wednesday and they haven't made much of the bleeding just wanting to check HCG levels in case of ectopic or miscarriage but HCG levels are going up so they said that's promising.

Interested to hear if anyone here has bled during early pregnancy and everything turned out ok?

Yes an early scan will show a tiny baked bean shaped thing with a fluttery heart beat (I think, or maybe the heart beat comes later). But wither way it will show where the embryo is.

By the way, they use a probe thing to scan you, that they put a condom on and do it up your vagina. I was taken by surprise at that the first time! Just to warn you.

I had bleeding at 6, 8, 10 & 12 weeks with DS, sometimes heavy, sometimes lighter. I might as well have set up camp in the EPU. He was born absolutely fine on his due date.

I have also had a MC at 7 weeks but that was completely different and very painful.

8/9 weeks I think. Dd was born a day early and is now a brilliant 2 year old.

I think it was at least 2 of my pregnancies I had bleeding with. One I had bleeding from 8 weeks until nearly 20 weeks on and off with a huge bleed at 16 weeks. It was classed as unexplained bleeding and is more common than you think. One I remember bleeding for about 4 days around 7/8 weeks but was also fine

Wow that's k you for the replies everyone!
HCG levels are rising appropriately and have a scan booked for Monday so fingers crossed.
I never bled with my first pregnancy so this is worrying for me as I guess I assumed everything would be as it was first time round!
I have no other symptoms of ectopic pregnancy just the initial 3 day bleed after my positive test then very light pink spotting since Sunday when I wipe.
Doctors and pregnancy team haven't made much of the bleeding 🤷🏻‍♀️ x
