Hiya,

I'm either 8DPO (according to FF) or 9DPO (according to Premom).

Was just wondering whether anyone else is at a similar stage in their TWW?

I started spotting 6/7DPO, brown dischargy blood. Today, my temperature dipped - not sure if this is implantation or not.

Symptoms so far:

  • Painful cramping in the middle of my pubic area
  • Extreme bloating
  • Very gassy
  • Constipation (sorry if tmi)
  • Short nauseous bursts

Would be nice to support one another :-)

I’m hoping so as I normally don’t test this early so I’ll wait and see what Sunday brings

Okay so I don’t think I am out just yet. My temp has gone back up again this morning after a dip yesterday, and I am just spotting (not af..yet!)

I was so worried yesterday when I saw the bleeding after sex..keeping everything crossed.

I don’t know why I do this to myself, but I did an ovulation test & my levels are 0.61 (I’ll attach a pic), which is high considering my bbt confirmed ovulation 10 days ago?

@crazycatladyluce oh interesting! I've never temped so no idea on that side of things! What does bbt normally do close to AF? On the bleeding after sex I'm sure I had that in early pregnancy with my first cos I remember being worried about it. Apparently it's very common for your cervix to be a bit tender which can cause it..? Anyway, fingers crossed for you that this is it!!

@Holly03 definitely don't rule yourself out yet! 10dpo is still early. I know lots of these threads seem to get BFPs around then but there are loads more who don't until later! Keep the faith until AF makes an appearance!

@SnookyPook I always just used to use OPKs for ovulation, but because I suffer from pcos, I would always get high & peak OPKs but not ovulate. And you can imagine, this was a pain because I went through loads of TWW and then never ended up pregnant / getting af at the end of it, because I hadn't even ovulated in the first place! Started temping after my pcos diagnosis because it actually confirms ovulation for me! They typically say your temperature is meant to stay elevated after ovulation, potentially dip during implantation, and then elevate & stay elevated if pregnant. Your temp usually drops a day before/the day of your af, if you aren't pregnant!

All very confusing but its been amazing for my pcos & for me knowing what's going on a little more in my body!

I'm 9dpo, first month trying for baby number 2. Testing this weekend before DH goes away with work for a week, AF is due Tuesday. Last time I somehow managed to wait until I was 16dpo! Absolutely no chance I have the willpower to wait that long this time.

@crazycatladyluce it's all so interesting! So.. potentially good news your temp has gone back up then ... 🤞🏻 Anything that provides extra clarity, particularly if you have something like pcos is always great. I think I'd contemplate it if I go through a few more cycles with nothing to show but for now it feels like another layer of faff and potential obsession that I don't need..!

@buckingmad welcome! Ah I know! I tested at 15dpo with first.. hoping to hold out similar this time but seeing so many early testers does make it more tempting!! Although lots don't seem to get comfort/clarity from it so that's a point against!

@SnookyPook how old is your first? Mine is 18 months. Took us a year to fall pregnant so I’m trying to remain realistic about how long it’ll take this time.

Hi ladies can I join please? I am 10dpo today and it’s the first time my bbt chart has been so consistent and pretty! I’ve got a lot of AF symptoms though… I tested this morning and negative. I wear an Oura ring which has been telling me my temperature is higher than usual in my cycle so really keeping my fingers crossed!

10DPO today. On cycle day 32 which is now 5 days longer than my longest ever cycle and still no AF.

Negative test on a cheapy this morning, just wish AF would arrive now so I can reset and put this weird cycle behind us 😐

I couldn’t get a frer so did a clear blue digital and it said not pregnant . 9dpo so guessing out this month . Feel so awful every time I test now x

@buckingmad my DS turned 2 last month. I didn't want a big age gap but due to bf my periods took ages to return! Will be what it will be I guess! Took 4 cycles with my first but who knows what this time will bring. Cycle 3 ATM...

So I tested Friday morning and got a faint line but was concerned it was an indent. Did another one Saturday and got another faint line. Did a pink dye Saturday afternoon and got a faint line. Done another pink dye this morning and another faint line.

what are the chances these are all indents? I just can’t believe it’s positive. DH isn’t convinced but then he’s never seen faint lines before as I tested at 16dpo with our first and used a digital. Posted pics of Friday’s clear blue, yesterday mornings Pink dye and this mornings.
