Okay so today im 6DPO.... got some on and off low cramping, on and off headaches feeling constantly tired and just no energy, some thick white CM,my cervix is soft and higher up and just a general mleh feeling. Ive notice too the past 2 days my lower stomach is bloated a bit gassy and this sounds weird but when i bend or anything it feels like my tummys in the way so to speak. Know its WAY to early to test and trying so hard not to symptom spot yet just hoping this is my month. Anyone else in the same boat ?

Hi everyone, how are yous counting dpo please? I got static smiley face on cbd on Monday 16th so my app estimates ovulation was on Tuesday 17th - would you class today, Sunday, as 5dpo? Thanks!

Yep you'd be 5DPO today ... I'm not tracking with OPKS just going via my apps estimate so I know there's a little chance although today it says I'm 7DPO I could be a day or so either side of that. Good luck .. have you had any symptoms yet x

I had quite a lot of cervical mucus today which I don’t think I usually have this time of the month but I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much yet! It’s hard not to though isn’t it! Husband and I have both started conception vitamins this month so hoping they work but may take a few months I suspect 🤞🏼

ttcttc · 22/01/2023 16:53

I'm probably going to sound dim but how do you know where your cervix is sitting

Not dumb at all I had to Google it never realised we could check ourselves ... Although most say that cervical checking isn't a way to prove your pregnant as everyone's cervix moves and changes various times throughout the month.

I've Google. Going to give it a miss. I've got long nails 😂 probably give myself a cervical shock.

It's so hard I'm literally sitting on my hands haha trying to keep busy ... Even decided to start spring cleaning and decluttering the spare room !! I'm thinking I want to hold out til the end of the week but my app is saying 6 days before AF is Tuesday so I might just have to cave in.. I've been using some cheapie Amazon strip tests but got some easy@home on order which are being delivered Tuesday so I'll probably wait until Wednesday morning as loads on this forum recommended those ones for being super sensitive for early BFPs and rarely get evaps .. fingers and toes crossed haa xHalo

Haha I'm a beautician/nail tech .. you should see mine !! I do check every so often but I found mine sitting medium and slightly open/medium soft most of the month so 🤷🏻‍♀️ confusing haha x

I’ve got a box of cheap Premom tests so I’ll probably do one a day starting 8DPO!

Yes so hard to distract yourself in the TWW! That’s good to know about the easy@home, I hadn’t heard of them before. Fingers crossed for you 🥰 I went to a hot yoga class on Wednesday and have since read they’re not good when ttc so a bit less hopeful for this month now x

Your not out til AF shows up so try not to get disheartened ... There's TONS of stuff online telling us what to do and what not to do but I say whatever feels right for us is right. Obviously within reason of course.. There's so many stories of lady's not knowing their even pregnant until they pretty much deliver unexpectedly I think a lot of the whole dos and don'ts is scaremongering on the most part and docs etc covering their backsides so they don't get the stick for any issues.

Good morning all ... Still managed not to test so far... Now 8DPO.

How is everyone feeling .. Has anyone had anymore symptoms.. I've had a few more on and off cramps and felt a bit sick when I went to bed but only for a few minutes so I'm not sure if I was imagining it or not. Over halfway there... Come on you can avoid temptation haha !!! Anyone caved yet and tested 😁

Swiftie12 · 23/01/2023 11:26

@BlippyMoose26 i caved and tested. Negative here but still early days so I’ll try to wait until Wednesday/Thursday before I test again.

I’ve got hip pain today which is a new one for me. Also back pain which I’ve had on and off for a few days now. Feeling quite low about it though, like my body is feeling different but I think I’m just tricking myself at this point tbh. But it’s not over until AF comes and also it’s still only roughly 8DPO so I know I’m still very much in with a chance. I think I’m just feeling doubtful.

Weirdly enough I've not tested but I do feel a bit down today to kinda just it's not going to happen ... I bit my OH head of the morning during a convo that I really didn't need to get agitated about. Weird haha

@BlippyMoose26 its a weird feeling isn’t it. I know it’ll be fine and we can try again next month but I’m just anxious that we’ll have problems. I’ve never spoken much to my mum about fertility but she gives the impression she found it quite easy. I’ve got a brother who’s got three children, the first one they announced they were having a month after their honeymoon so I doubt it was tough for them. He’s the only one of us with kids and occasionally says things like ‘you’ve got all this to come’ and ‘when it’s your turn’ and now it is our turn I think I’m a bit anxious it’s going to take a long time but who knows.

I also just had a huge asos order delivered and a few of the bits are oversized anyway so I’m not too worried but I’m here thinking what if I can’t fit into these clothes in a few months? What’s the point? But equally I’m thinking you never know, it could take a while so I can’t stop doing things like buying clothes when I need them.

Yep I think the whole outsid pressure can get to us all. So many of my friends in the last year or so have started their family's and it makes me want mine even more.. my OH is a bit older than me and his kids from previous are grown up an in their late 20s now so I also worry it's me that's the prob I really haven't been trying that long but it's so frustrating.. maybe this is normal to be. ABIT anxious and down around this time x

@BlippyMoose26 8dpo here too and AF due 29 Jan. It's my 10th cycle TTC so I've not got my hopes up really. I already have a DD age 5. I got pregnant on the first cycle with her. So different this time.

Weird that you mentioned biting your OH's head off, I did exactly the same last night. It was so out of character for me and was over nothing. It could just be the pressure of the 2 week wait weighing on me though. Other than that I've not noticed anything unusual, had a bit of a blocked nose for a couple of days but it's freezing outside so probably normal!

Rockyslife · 23/01/2023 12:56

I hope you dont mind me joining, I am 9dpo but this month the only symptom I have is very sore nipples and always erect (cringe I am sorry) and a little bit of like white creamy discharge, nothing else.. I usually have sore breasts before my period but this month only sore nipples, arent our bodies weird things! I am to scared to test and I know it will be negative after nearly 2 years of trying I am not expecting it to ever happen :(

How strange !! Like you say could be due to the usual anxiety and stress of the TWW ! I live in Spain so not overly freezing here only around 15c so colder than norm but not too bad. I might test Weds once my easy@home strips arrive .. omg the wait is killing x

Hi Hun. I've been TTC for around 8 months although only really tracking and making more of an effort last month and this ... I have 0 boob tenderness as of yet but then again I don't have a lot in that department anyways so I'm not sure if that makes a difference haha they do feel a little bigger or full though. I've had the white CM too although more watery today than thick like yest and day before. Try not to get disheartened Hun it will happen when the times right x

7dpo here! Breasts are super sensitive and nipples are really sore. I’ve also felt quite nauseous today - my niece was sick earlier and it made me gip, I’m usually the one everyone goes to to clean up as I’m not usually fussed by things like that!! Weird!

Might test tomorrow at 8dpo

ive been noticing throughout today my boobs feel fuller, and i may just be causing the issue cuz i keep (dont laugh) poking at my nipples to check if they hurt yet haha but ive noticed them being a little tender this evening, nothing major and i cant say if this happens or not during the wait for AF or not as i dont usually poke about haha !!! Have had no more pinkish CM so far so not sure if im just looking for things, but there was definately the tinyiest pin prick of blood in it!!
