1dpo - it's going to be a long two weeks if anyone wants to symptom spot with me

Heyyy I am back in the two-week wait if anyone is in the same boat and wants company, I ovulated 29th sept I believe! Chemical pregnancy two cycles ago so wishing this cycle is the one 🤞🏼

@emevol just remember that normal symptoms during the last week of your luteal phase are almost identical to pregnancy symptoms and are irrelevant to wether you’re pregnant or not, as pregnancy symptoms only begin once you’ve implanted (I know you probably know all this but sometimes helps to have a reminder).

also symptom spotting is REAL we get so obsessed that we notice every little minuscule feeling in our body!

One thing I did last cycle which has massively helped, is note down every single ‘symptom’ I experienced, just in case they weren’t pregnancy symptoms (they weren’t as I wasn’t preg) and have looked at them this month to remind me that they’re normal symptoms and I’m unlikely to feel actually pregnancy symptoms until 10dpo.

Sorry to rant on hopefully some of this helps 😂

I most likely am out this month. I know my usual pre-AF symptoms but what I felt Wednesday / yesterday was really different! Almost like stabbing pain in one spot.

Thinking back actually to last night, I was just about to go to sleep when I had this HUGE 3/4 second long stabbing pain very low down in my stomach, Left hand side. Most of what I've been feeling has been on my left.

Again, probably nothing but gosh it made my eyes water! 😂😂🥹

@emevol sounds like you ovulated from your left! (So did I lol snap) lady who scanned me mentioned that I was and all my mid cycle pain was on my left!(6/7 dpo)

Even if you’ve never experienced it before there’s always a first time for everything!

I don't really know how long by cycles are as they seem to vary by a few days every now and then, so I feel really uneducated when it comes to my body and cycles 😂😫

So I'm cramping again @emevol but Af not due until next Weds/Thurs. Also had an upset tummy- ahh more symptom spotting 🙈

Do you track with an app? I use clue and it helps so much, I track everything now, all symptoms etc and sex

Mine varies from 27-30 days but is usually 28 days! Very lunar lol

👆🏻 100%. I'm absolutely fine the rest of the cycle but the tww or should I say 17day wait for me is awful and I starting getting really down. But that could also be pms related. I really struggle to focus on anything including work which isn't healthy although I am pretty good at not testing early I automatically just assume I'm out. 🤦🏼‍♀️

@HJA87 I'm also ttc baby number 2. I have a son who turned 3 July just gone. We had to wait until we got 30 hrs free childcare to start trying. This is only cycle 1 so no it's probably unlikely I would conceive first time even though so many friends have done so.

@Mayfield87 I know the feeling, I've been having more light cramping today too. My nipples are also really tender, and they look bigger?

I'm going to look back at my posts in a week or so and be so embarrassed at how insane I sound, I'm sure 🥲😂

@Indiana2018 I use flo, and I do the same - track everything :) it definitely helps!

@emevol I found Flo to be wrong last cycle so use Premom alongside it aswell as OPKs.

At least I feel if I have two apps they are covering all bases lol x

I couldn't even count the number of OPK's I used when TTC last time! I felt so much relief from just deciding to stop. TTC again now and honestly all of those anxious obsessive thoughts and behaviours I had last time are coming back in full force 😫😫

Well I have officially pee'd on all pregnancy tests I had in the house now over the last 3 days. I've made a pact with myself to not test with any cycle until after Af is due- I can't bare the torture 🙈 and the amount of money I have spent- madness!

can I join in. I’m 6dpo today I had a CP last month so I’m both excited and dreading testing this month!

@Mayfield87 same here, must be nearly £100 as I’ve been getting out the big guns this TWW (mostly frers and even a digital 😂). All BFNs so I think I’m most definitely out. Will try and stick to one/day until AF now both for my sanity and bank account.

Another thing I've just noticed this evening., my nipples are considerably bigger!! Tenure swollen, seem darker (?!) and there's white bumps all over them? What on earth...

Morning everyone.

I’ve got a wee update this morning. I was cramping on and off all day yesterday at 9dpo and was honestly dreading going to the bathroom and seeing AF had arrived. I’ve had short cycles recently and have had 10 day LP so just though here we go again. However didn’t have my usual sore boobs pre AF and no bleeding at all so far. Tested this morning and have got vvvfl on both easy@home and FRER. Both are pink and came up within time but really faint! Have everything crossed that this will progress and be good news 🤞🤞🤞. It’s going to be an anxious wait after CP in July.

9dpo today and I’ve been feeling like AF might make an appearance since yesterday. Set myself the challenge of not testing unless I miss my period on Tuesday. Let’s see how long I last 🤣
