1dpo - it's going to be a long two weeks if anyone wants to symptom spot with me

Heyyy I am back in the two-week wait if anyone is in the same boat and wants company, I ovulated 29th sept I believe! Chemical pregnancy two cycles ago so wishing this cycle is the one 🤞🏼

Congratulations @blueberry23! I saw your test post this morning and couldn't see the line but clearly there was something there - amazing how quickly it can change.

@emevol hopefully the cramping and boob pain is a good sign for you - I think I read that nipple pain is meant to be a better indicator than general breast tenderness, so fingers crossed.

@TheVikingGirl hope your trip manages to distract you - when are you due on?

Cycles range from 28-30 days so predicted Tuesday but with how much they vary right now if AF hasn’t rocked up by Weds will test early thurs!! She has been prone to arrive at 2am in the bloody morning of late… not been very regular since I had a MMC early April with medical management. Didn’t stop bleeding until end of May and since then they have been all over the place, keeping it all crossed xx

@Wrenegade yes with every pregnancy I've always had a bfp at 8/9 DPO but I think that's just me and my body - everyone is different x

Morning everyone! BFN for me again this morning, can't help but feel as though I'm out. All symptoms have now disappeared, boobs don't hurt... I feel better than I have in a while!

@Mayfield87 me too, it's the hardest thing to have to go through. It's bought back all of the feelings and anxieties I had when TTC last time. It's crazy how it consumes you.

I’ve been reading this thread for a few days, but I’m only 5 or 6DPO today, so a bit behind you all. This my TTC#1 cycle 1. I was feeling positive, seeing a BBT increase after ovulation, but then I realised I’ve had a sickness bug for 2 days (although not been sick) and now I’m worried my rising BBT was from illness and not ovulation. Have any of you had this before?

10dpo and BFN feel like I'm out this month 😢

8dpo and a bfn this morning. I was hoping to wait longer to test but dh is away until Monday/Tuesday and I didn’t want to test without him over the weekend. Waiting for AF to arrive on Tuesday now. Feeling better about it than I expected, I was braced for a difficult/long journey with endo. Sending everyone else lots of luck!

@justbelieve I also have a bit of a sickness bug this cycle, a week before ovulation though so I don’t think it effected my cycle. Do you check LH levels to track ovulation?

@Wrenegade i do use OPK to track and I had a really high LH surge, which was confirmed by BBT rise, but now doubting that due to the sickness bug.

I think I just probably need to chill out and wait it out a few days, the weekend should help.

I’ve heard drinking pomegranate juice and raspberry leaf tea helps implantation - has anyone tried that?

@Wrenegade I don't think you're out at 8dpo. I read that the average day for implantation is 9dpo which then doesn't show on a test until 11dpo.

I'm 6dpo today. I normally try to hold off testing until at least 10dpo which would be Tuesday but let's see how far I get 😂

I've also been ill this cycle. I've had some crazy temperature spikes on my chart due to fevers (mercifully after ovulation was detected).

9dpo and feeling really down today, have a feeling we are out. Really disheartened after 10 months at 36 time isn’t on my side.

@YEN1 I know the feeling. Been trying to conceive for 2 years with no luck. Decided to take a break to loose some weight. This is our first month trying again, pretty sure I'm out this month already. The pain never gets any easier 🥹

@Cindy974 10dpo is way too early to count yourself out! Only 10% of people get a BFP at 10dpo. You’re not out til AF shows!

@emevol it really doesn’t. I feel in the 2 week wait my mind runs away thinking this might be the month, and when AF arrives it’s as if I’m grieving for all those thoughts. I have a DD about to turn 17 from a previous relationship, and DD12 with DH. We have wanted to try for another for a while but it wasn’t the right time until 10 months ago when I had my coil removed. Seeing my DD’s grow and be less dependent on me is hard too and I have such a yearning for a baby. It’s so hard to explain.

@Indiana2018 thank you for the reassurance I think its because with all my other pregnancies I tested positive around 8-10 dpo x

@TheBirdintheCave you’re right, there is still time for it to happen. My bbt dropped today so I thought it might be a sign of my period coming (which it could be) but I just read that a one day drop in bbt can indicate implantation. Sorry to hear you weren’t well, how are you feeling now? Thankfully it happened after ovulation!

@justbelieve it seems like you did catch ovulation, though I appreciate how confusing and worrying it can be when you aren’t quite sure. I have been considering red raspberry leaf tea as it increases the LP, I have a 12 day LP which can impact on implantation if there isn’t enough time. I know my SIL also drinks it for morning sickness and it can induce labour/help contractions.

I get myself so confused! As I've seen varying answers - some people say implantation will happen and then takes 2 days for HCG to show on a urine test.. others say it takes 3/4 days.. confused!

Was trying to hold off testing but caved this morning and BFN at 10DPO. Feeling a bit deflated.

I have to squash down obsessive thoughts tbh when I get a negative test such as secondary infertility, am I too old now etc which are irrational and nothing other than my thyroid issues is there to suggest this.
Just got to keep busy I think and stay positive for the next cycle when Af does arrive.

I get the same obsessive thoughts. Wondering if it's something wrong with me, etc.. it's awful isn't it!

I have been googling this morning and it does say it could take 4+ days, after suspected ovulation; for a BFP.. I'm trying so hard to hold onto some hope!!!

I am having very slight cramps again today, but nowhere near as intense as Wednesdays..
