When do you start questioning secondary infertility?

And what are the first steps? On cycle 11 and negative (although that’s only 9 months).

First baby was instant. I feel like most people who are getting to cycle 12 when they have had a child in the past have had at least one other pregnancy now even if it ended in miscarriage (not that I want that at all!) I’m just wondering if it means there must be an issue now.

Rubbish month for me! AF was late and I was away and had run out of tests so had all this hope. Then AF came and it felt so much worse :( to top it off, another friend has just announced a pregnancy.

@BiscuitLover3678 sorry about AF 🙁I'm absolutely not checking til I'm late this time. I've had one chemical too many this year. 2dpo caught my peak and DTD maybe 2 days before it. Closest yet. So I'll keep you updated

I got basic bloods done. I told the gp i was worried about ovarian cancer and peri menopause. All came back normal but there is such a huge range in different women

@BiscuitLover3678 I'm another with secondary infertility 😥 had 1 mmc before DD, started ttc for a 2nd last August and have since had 3 cps. Since my last one in Feb, absolutely nothing. I've had a host of tests done and a few things have been thrown up and I've just registered with our local fertility clinic to discuss next steps with ivf. It sucks. I wish I wasn't in this position and just don't understand why I had 3 cps almost back to back and now nothing. Anyway - you're not alone 💕
