Hi

I am ttc my 2nd dc and have been diagnosed with a underactive thyroid my latest blood tes shows a TSH of 6.6. and a FSH of 7.

I have been told that a underactive thyroid can create difficulties ttc.

I have been ttc for 4 months in all with no success as yet which I know is not really that long.

What do I do, do I just continue ttc and wait for my tsh level to be in normal range and hope I have no difficulties ttc.

I am 37 years of age and there is a family history of early menopause bewteen the ages of 38 and 40.

Taking into consideration these factors should I be looking for a refferal to a specialist to improve my chances or as I said just sit it out.

Quite confused atm any advice much appreciated.
