Does being pregnant extend your remaining egg reserve?

Following on the back of my other post where I thought I might have been pregnant whilst having a 12 week old (I'm not sadly) it's got me wondering if my remaining egg reserve has been extended due to being pregnant for 9 months and not having a period for the last 3 months.
So has that effectively gained me 12 months worth of remaining eggs?

I'm 41 so egg reserve is very important to me!

Oh, ive wondered this before! I just had a little nosy online and yes, it does seem pregnancy and breastfeeding delay menopause. It would make sense, women who seem to get pregnant in their mid 40s usually have DC already rather than first timers. I didn’t have periods for years due to the implant, I wonder if this has the same effect…

My understanding is quality is more of a factor than quantity. So l would say no, as eggs are always ageing

Yes it's not just the number it's the quality of eggs remaining s as bad that happens with age/time x

You might have eggs left but they deteriorate every year after about 20. In times gone by women had children earlier from 14 and we have not caught up evolutionary yet.
