Starting the TWW (mon 4th) anyone currently in the TWW or about to start theirs?

Hi, I'm 0dpo, cycle#1, TTC#2.
I'm about to start the hideous TWW and wondering if anyone else is currently in it too and wants to band together for moral support?

Morning all 🙂

12DPO and negative again this morning, still got the light light brown/pink hints discharge today when i wipe. Strange for this to happen to me, it looks like thicker discharge rather than spotting. I don’t track CM but found some pics on google that are similar to mine!

Going to hold off testing tomorrow and see if AF arrives Sunday, hoping that she doesn’t! X

Mini update: the brown colouring when i wipe has now gone, last had it about 2 hours ago and nothing since….. maybe this is a good thing!

I'm CD10 today and defo think my body is in overdrive this cycle. EWCM, way more than I've ever had before and I don't usually get it 5 days before O so assuming I'm going to O early this cycle. Going to do OPK this afternoon. Fingers crossed. Got a friend staying tonight though... so if its positive we are going to have to get creative to avoid the severely squeaky bed 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣👌🏻

Daily update: no sign of AF which means I'm now 3 days late, very unusual as usually I'm like clockwork. I've now also progressed to experiencing ad hoc stabbing type pains in my boobs and generally feel very full around my lower abdomen area. Trying to wait until Monday for the next test!

@Sunshine0987 omg that's so exciting! I almost want you to that tomorrow because I can't wait 🤣🤣🤣 xx

@TheCakeIsALie18 aww thank you! I'm trying not to get too excited because we all know our bodies are great at playing tricks but it looks promising. Starting to get waves of nausea too. Also my MIL told me yesterday that she never got a BFP through a normal test when she was pregnant with my husband and only found out because she had massive pains at about 8-9 weeks and went to hospital where they did an ultrasound and found him chilling in there! 🤣

@Sunshine0987 ooohhh!! Well I hope you get your BFP and don't have to go into the doctors haha. Keep us posted I'm so excited for you! Xx

@TheCakeIsALie18 thank you! BFN again this morning, CD 35, no signs of AF anywhere, still have the same symptoms as the past week. I'm going to stretch out the testing now, next one I'm going to do will be Thursday because I can't be bothered to keep testing every day, it's too frustrating!

@Sunshine0987 how frustrating! How late are you now? Would it be worth going to the Dr's? It would save you money on testing lol.

Have you had any other symptoms?

I'm CD12 today. Took clearblue digital opk yesterday. It showed negative but when I looked at the strip the line is nearly as dark as the test line. So I'm expecting peak this afternoon. That would make O 3 days earlier than usual. Good job I keep track otherwise we would miss it this month lol. DTD last night and probably will each night for the next few days to cover bases xx

I'm 5 days late for my period now and it's usually regular (as in I've been tracking it for over a year and this has never happened before!).

Other symptoms are: sore boobs, weird nipples, fatigue and napping every day, slight nausea in the morning and evening, mood swings, headaches, occasional dizziness.

I am tempted to call the doctor for a blood test but I think they might tell me to wait until a week after my period is due which will be later this week!

Eeeek they are all super signs! I guess you could have implanted late so test can't quite pick up hormones yet. Exciting though. Keep us posted xx

I got super stressed and anxious this morning so I did contact the doctors and they replied saying this is all completely normal, wait a week and if you still haven't had your period do another test. She literally said the tests often don't pick it up this early so don't worry! Interesting info for anyone else who might be in the three/four week wait 🤣

@Sunshine0987 three/four week wait.... yuck! I can barely deal with 2 weeks 🤣 xx

Thought I would leave another update - basically there is no update! No sign of AF so I'm now 7 days late and no sign of a positive pregnancy test either. I'm feeling awful, so tired, no energy to do my work which I usually love, sore boobs and splitting headaches. Will test again on Saturday if AF hasn't made an appearance and will then try and speak to the doctors next week if still no more progress. This honestly sucks so much and I just want to know one way or the other!

@Sunshine0987 I'm sorry you still don't know either way. But your symptoms are still positive. Have you spoken to the doctor yet? Hopefully they will invite you for a blood test now you're a week over due.

Only news from me is the O hasn't happened yet. I thought it was coming early several days ago but I'm now getting other usual symptoms of that. It's due tomorrow but -opk today. So I'm guessing it will be a few days later than usual again, same as last month. Hubby and I have been so tired the last few days, so good job it hasn't come around yet!

AF arrived bang on time on Sunday, she has now fully gone and we are CD5 and ready to try again this month 🙂
I was gutted but, a fresh cycle and fresh month. We have ordered some pre-seed just to see if that helps us along x

AF finally made an appearance this morning - 8 days late which is the first time it's ever been this late in my life. Maybe the stress of TTC? Definitely going to try and take it easier and put less pressure on this cycle because the last week has been awful.

Still not sure why I had so many symptoms but maybe a chemical? Either way, I'm so relieved and feeling much better this morning!

@TheCakeIsALie18 It is a fertility friendly lubricant, loads of good reviews but not holding hope on it getting us our BFP but every little helps haha!

@Sunshine0987 I'm sorry AF arrived. It does sound exactly like my chemical. Which passed 11 days after AF was due. But I had a BFP 1 day late... strange.

But I'm glad you're feeling better now. Have lots of cuddles and eat all the chocolate 🥰 best of luck for this cycle. Xxx

@LauraA31 oooh never heard of it haha. Lube isn't something we have much of. Just some simple water based ones.

I hope it helps you though. Maybe the placebo effect if nothing else will ease up the stress of TTC and the it will happen anyway haha. Xx

+OPK last night. DTD this morning. Ovulation pain as usual today. All looking good.

So the TTW begins....
