I’m early 30s, been on long term contraception for 10+ years. Came off in December. Periods since have been 2 days of light bleeding. I’ve always been on the light side but can’t recall if they were this light exactly - contraception means I haven’t really had a proper period since my teens!
I’ve scared myself reading that short light periods might mean the uterus isn’t building a thick enough lining for an egg to stick. But I can’t tell how common a problem this is. Surely lots of women have short light periods and conceive fine? Even most of them perhaps?
I’m about to start TTC and wondering if I should get it checked out. If anyone has any further info I’d be grateful.
