Really hoping this cycle is the one

Anybody want to join? Im on CD15 and really hoping to conceive baby no2 this time around. I'm 30, been off the pill since end of January and have a gorgeous 2 year old.

I fell pregnant pretty quickly with the first and we weren't even actively trying. I'm coming up to my fertile window (tracking using a number of apps although some do vary from one another) so really going to go for it when it comes to TTC this month. Also taking pregnacare conception vitamins.

Anybody else in a similar boat and want to keep me company?

Last cycle, my period was 2 days late and when AF eventually came, I didn't realise how gutted I would be. Hubby and I agreed to just be relaxed about the whole thing and "when it happens it happens". But both of us were pretty gutted when my period decided to show, which was reassuring in some ways as we both realised just how much we want to grow our family.

This cycle, we have DTD on CD7, CD10, CD11, CD13 and CD15. So realllllly hoping we are in with a chance 🤞🏽

DTD the past 3 nights as that's when the app said I was ovulating so have 12 days till expected AF
So i know it's going to be a long 2 weeks if I'm already thinking about test day

@S0220im using Premom, Flo, Ovia and Femometer..... I mostly use Premom tho xx

Hi! I am 31 years old and it's our 6th cycle of TTC our 1st child. The first 4 cycles I've done a lot to get to know my "normal". So I found out that my menstrual cycle usually lasts 27 to 29 days. And my luteal phase length is ± 13 days. I found out by BBT tracking and using OPKs.

Right now I'm on cycle day 16, and I am guessing today is ovulation day. I had a positive OPK yesterday, and I think I felt ovulation pain this morning. We DTD on day 15 (PM), 14 (AM) and 12 (PM). So now we'll just wait and see.

@S0220 I didn't drink a drop of alcohol while TTC cycles 1 to 4. And then had a change of heart and thought 'I'll quit drinking once I'm pregnant'. I mean, one glass of white wine once in a while is acceptable, I think.

My AF is still about 10 days away so just biding time.
Drinking: I drink a little bit not much - before DS I drank much more, and used to sort of drink for first part of cycle and then not for second part without being too strict. Since then though I've gotten used to not drinking and when I do is only a small amount, can't afford a hangover with a toddler😜 at the moment between 0 and 4 drinks a week. No coffee restriction though!

@Cat2hop I'm the same 😂 used to drink often because my 2year old but now I very rarely drink, the hangovers are not worth it with a toddler
But have definitely replaced it with coffee

Thanks for all the words of advice about the drinking ladies! I think I will be having a few tomorrow night, just in moderation 😊 I think I was just overthinking it earlier!

@HackneyGirl2022 I've never heard of premonition or femometer before! I use Ovia, Flo and one called P.C. I also track my cycles on my Apple Watch via the health app but I don't find that all too great.

So here's the million dollar question, when is everybody planning on testing? 😆

Going to try and wait till the 10th of May, but we all know how hard that is😂

Tomorrow is ovulation day for me I think! Af due May 16th. Think I'll try not to test - remind me that in two weeks though 🤣🤣 hope we can get some bfps

With testing (because I do have a regular cycle) I wait until AF is late - at least 3 days late - though last cycle I tested after af in case it was implantation (although knew it wasn't). May 12 if AF is late!! 🤞🤞

My AF is due around the 11th. So I'm going to try and hold off at least until the 12th if I can! Who knows 🤦🏽‍♀️ I have one FRER left in my bathroom cupboard so I plan on using it wisely before spending money on any more 😂

Although we took our 2 year old out for the day today and he ABSOLUTELY drove us both up the wall... I actually said to my hubby "are we sure we want another?!" 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

@S0220 AF is due on the 14th. Will test on the 15th. This cycle I am just living my usual life. No overdose of fruits, vegetables, nuts and whatever anymore.

I'm feeling a bit anxious about the vitamins I am currently taking. I'm taking Pregnacare conception vitamins but I've read so many forums where women have claimed that the vitamin has delayed their usual cycle. Anybody else experienced this? Or have any success stories to ease my mind? 🤦🏽‍♀️

I think I might have just got my BFP. I have a 5 week cycle usually, so I put off testing until day. I'm going to get a digital just to confirm, although I'm pretty sure that's positive. I don't think I'll believe it until I see the words "pregnant" though.

It's my second. DS is 3 this month, so there will be just over 3.5 years between the two of them, which feels like a nice age gap, plus he'll get his 30 hours entitlement at nursery this year which is also very nice and one less worry when having another 😂

Aww that's nice! Please tell me they start sleeping at 3!? DS is 2.2 and going by the time i am typing this you can guess how much we get to sleep🤣 ohh looking forward to those free hours, the nursery fees are higher than our mortgage 🤦‍♀️
