Mad at myself already for testing and panicking this could be a VFL. What do you think?

Chemical and MMC in the last 8 months so not optimistic - and I know it’s early to test but couldn’t help myself.

I can see it! Congrats!
Its very nerve racking isn't it? I had a mmc and chemical too but am happy to say I'm currently nursing my 10 month.
Good luck! X

I can see a line, I can't usually see them on photos. Fingers crossed for you, it is scary but hopefully this is the one for you 😊 update next test please!

Ah how lovely!! Congratulations!
I won't lie, it's not easy being pregnant after losses, you'll worry and that's normal.
The way I coped was to have several private early scans (the most important one being after the gestation I lost the other one). I was very lucky that we could afford it.
Another way was truly realising there is nothing you can do to change the outcome (I mean providing that you aren't bungee jumping or putting you or your baby at the obvious risks).
Wake up every morning and say to yourself, 'today I am pregnant unless something tells me otherwise', try not to worry about something you don't know for certain. It takes practice, but honestly I now apply that to most things in life now and the amount of worry and stress I have saved myself! (not being pregnant every day, just not worrying about something I can't control or don't know for certain).
But be kind to yourself....acknowledge you are going to feel worry and that is completely normal and allowed, but this is a different pregnancy.
Good luck, take care. Xx

Awwww huge congratulations 🥳 ❤️

Lifeafterloss22 · 28/04/2022 07:18

@Candyflosscrochet you are absolutely right, there is nothing that I could possibly do to change the outcome (instead of the obvious risks!). We are in a position to have private scans, I’m just not sure if it would be more triggering yet though but I’m sure I’ll change my mind again in a few weeks haha.

I really do want to be in the best frame of mind, for my own sanity and also the tiny bean so I am going to try harder at challenging negative thoughts and being grateful for each day I’m pregnant!!!

Thank you for the tips and advice xxx
