My little bfp this morning on a cheapy stick was not very dark at all even with my first morning wee - I think if I'd tested later if wouldn't have been picked up. It was actually my last test from that pack so I ordered some more and I'll take another this evening when they arrive. I bet it will show bfn.
We're both still suuuuper early! My mum thinks we're all bonkers for putting ourselves through it before af is even due and sometimes I think she is right! 🤣
Hang tight my dear - try again tomorrow or the day after first thing and see if that makes a difference. Xx

@allthingssparkly 11 or 12dpo.
I only tested this early to know whether I should stop progesterone to encourage af or keep going. I was very surprised when I actually had two lines appear!!
With my last pregnancy in November, I didn't get a strong BFP until 15dpo.

I do have some symptoms like cramping and nausea which I don't normally get before AF 😵‍💫

unfortunately I did another test this afternoon and not even the slightest line. So gutted in spite of myself! So I’ll try again tomorrow morning (yes, bonkers).

@allthingssparkly i did a lot of reading about tests this morning and apparently the clear blue ones are less accurate before AF is due, but the First Response ones can be more accurate a few days before…

Ahh thank you @anotherscroller I will re test mid week if no sign of my period.

@anotherscroller I use these ones: Femometer PTs - for years I used First Response but all this testing can be an expensive business so I switched to strips and I've found it much calmer - I don't feel quite so much pressure not to "waste one" by testing too early etc. My first Clomid cycle I didn't get pregnant but I tested from 10DPO - 16DPO and still had most of a box left! Less plastic too which is a bonus!

Hi all, hope it's fine to post here - I'm due to ovulate tomorrow so will be going into the tww in a couple of days! this is cycle three of ttc #1 and my other half has already moaned about the amount of money i spend on tests😂

The blue line is where I have been temping each morning. My temps are still elevated even though my period is due today 🤔 it's still a little new to me as it's my first cycle doing so @Kindofcrunchy normally your temp drops when your period is about to arrive however mine hasn't 😬 x

@allthingssparkly the same thing happened to me! My bbt chart shows I’m 17dpo and my temps are still above the cover line (all 36.5C or above, I’m less than 36.4C pre-ovulation). Bfn yesterday. Not sure what’s going on!

Oh no @Glitternails1 it's rubbish isn't it. Are you going to retest?

I'm 13dpo and no sign of AF, due today too 🤷

@allthingssparkly you just assume that everything is going well i.e distinct temp shift and then temps stay elevated, but then they go beyond 14dpo… not sure I can take another negative test. Either give me a bfp or my period 😂

Are your periods normally quite regular @Glitternails1? I have been and picked up a FRER test so I will do that as I've heard the CB aren't as good and also the sensitivity on the FRER ones are lower so I can cross my fingers I suppose 😬🤞🤍

@allthingssparkly my periods are a bit unpredictable but this is the first time I’m charting and I thought the temp shift indicated I’d ovulated! I’ve tried those rubbish cheap ones so I might have to get a FRER! Fingers crossed for you!

I tested this afternoon it was neg @HR2022 so I'm not sure what's happening 😬

Aw it's so savage seeing that negative when your body feels like it's telling you otherwise!

Try again in two days if AF still hasn't made an appearance.. maybe still too soon! Not out til AF arrives so don't be too disheartened just yet! I still have hope for you with the symptoms you've said below! :) x

@HR2022 It really is especially when I've had mild symptoms and my BBT is still elevated 🤷

Hoping AF doesn't make an appearance 🤣 but if she does there is always next cycle 🤭
