unfortunately Its been confirmed I have had a chemical pregnancy. I went to the hospital with bleeding at 4 weeks and due to my bloods being 22hcg they have confirmed its a chemical , this was two days ago and im still having the same faint lines as always. can I ask when these will start to dissappear im not sure why I even tested. they want me to go in to the EPU for a scan still on Wednesday although I'm not sure why or what to expect im really sad 💔

I'm really sorry for your loss :( are you still going to go to your scan? I wish I had better words to say to you. Xxx

Sorry to hear this. I had a chemical last week. My tests turned negative pretty quickly, within a couple of days of bleeding. Also my bleed was like a heavier period so I knew that was what had happened.

It really is rubbish, let yourself grieve and be kind to yourself xx

It can take longer though. I had a miscarriage last month (9th and 10th March) at what I believe to have been 4 and a bit weeks, yet only got a negative today. I hope it’s quicker for you, as these few weeks have been mindbending…
