Chemical pregnancies

I have had a successful pregnancy before albeit nearly 13 years ago with my DS. Normal pregnancy, no issues, I ended up going 14 days overdue.

I've have no health issues that I'm aware of neither does my partner, (he has 2 younger children so his fertility is fine) I've not been on contraception at all for a number of years and relied on condoms. However since ttc last year I've had 4 chemical pregnancies. I seem to have no issues getting pregnant when we put the effort in and I track ovulation etc but I cant get to 6 weeks. It's not even that I'm testing early, i know when I'm pregnant because of symptoms, I genuinely do feel unwell in early pregnancy and I always have a strong line on the day my period is due, always get positives on numerous tests and apart from with one chemical I've managed to get positives on digitals but it seems as soon as I am "officially late" for my period the lines get fainter and fainter...

I'm currently experiencing another chemical 😔 this one was particularly bad as I had all pregnancy symptoms right up until i started bleeding and its taken 10 days for positives to fade completely and for the bleeding to start.

I have an appointment with my gp on Wednesday regarding them but what on earth do I ask for test wise??
I'm worried they are going to fob me off as I have a child already or they are going to tell me to keep trying but I dont think I can take much more, its mentally exhausting and heartbreaking each time it happens and it can't be good physically for my body surely??

Any help would be appreciated please

Hi really sorry to hear about your situation - just because it's early - it still feels traumatic because you mentally shift to being pregnant. I had a chemical in January and convinced myself that it was because I'd only recently had my coil removed but since tracking when I ovulate I've found out that I ovulate on day 10 or 11 which is pretty early so I have read some stuff which says it doesn't give my lining time to thicken up or the egg follicle to be mature enough even if sperm meets egg. You're right to go to the GP - that's my plan if I don't have any luck this month. Could early ovulation be an issue for you?

I should say that similar to you I had a healthy pregnancy with my son 12 years ago and am now trying with my new partner.
