Is anyone using the ovusense? I have irregular periods and have been ttc for over a year! I have just purchased the ovusense but not sure what to expect! I am wondering if there are any other users?

@RMS0209 ahh sorry I thought one of those was yours! I’m hoping it’ll come soon! Fingers crossed for you! I can’t wait to go to bed tonight to see what my temps will do, but I think they’ll just drop back down to be honest!

@Moosh18 the bbt didn't agree with me and it was effecting my sleep because I was so worried and I started dreaming about it too not ideal

@Peonies94 no idea what's going on with me.. CD18 today.. went for a pee at 6am will go again after 10and do an OPK and see what it says x

@Moosh18 my peak was Tuesday morning and then on the cheapie Tuesday mid morning was dark ish but I did two the same wee and other was negative! That was like 3-4 days ago! All negative since!

@RMS0209 ahh these ovusense are so confusing! Your temps have shot up like mine too! Mine are around 36.25/21,27, but it’s shot up to 36.48 now so that’s like quite a rise! What’s going on!🤦🏻‍♀️

@RMS0209 I can totally relate to that!!.. I don’t usually have a peak by now obviously with my crazy long cycles, but I’ve never temped before.. could you have a peak and ovulate so long after? I’m not sure? I’ve also not had a dip which most people have, so maybe it’s just a random spike! Time will tell tonight I suppose, if it drops again or whatever?

@Peonies94 do you have a day you normally ovulate around? Mine are generally between CD24/32 With a couple of random 19s or so x

@RMS0209 is that circled dot your temp today? Wouldn't that indicate you ovulated??

@Peonies94 I have a friend who got her peak but didn't ovulate until 3 days later?

@Moosh18 yes my temp today is the 36.53, I fell asleep before I managed to put it in on Thursday so don't have a Friday temp. My opks weren't too dark yesterday, I will do one later this morning

@Peonies94 thank you for starting this thread - really interesting to hear how you're getting on!

I have really irregular cycles too (currently no period since November) due to PCOS and saw some recommendations for the Ovucore as OPK tests and CM are not very reliable indicators with PCOS. I haven't bitten the bullet with the Ovucore yet as I by this point don't think I'm ovulating.

Have you had your irregular periods looked into by a GP? As you've been trying for a year now you should be entitled to have some checks which might make things easier

@fungibletoken I've got no reason for irregularities think it's something to do with the first half of my cycle thoigh as my LP Is always 14 days exactly.... I'm going to try the conceive plus ovulationnsupport next month. I have seen great reviews from a lot of people with pcos too

@Moosh18 no I don’t! In my past cycles I ovulated cd58, cd73 cd19, cd37, cd32 and cd47! So no pattern at all! Usually have an 11 day LP!

@RMS0209 interesting to know about ovulation 3 days after peak! It didn’t seem like a true peak but I’ll see what happens tonight!

@fungibletoken no problem! Welcome! I haven’t been diagonaed with PCOS!m but mine are super irregular too! I have had a cycle since November though! I have had random day bloods and then I had a scan, but that’s it so far as tests go! How long have you been ttc?

@Moosh18 well I’ve had another rise! Really don’t understand my body! I’ve had none of the ovulation signs this month not sure what’s going on! Risen for two days though! How’s things with you?

@Peonies94 that really does look like ovulation?? 3 days confirms it doesn't it?

I'm okay, had a rise today, but I didn't temp yest, so think I'm 1/2dpo, hopefully 2 as we didn't dtd last night

Todays chart... have you ever seen such a confusing chart?

@Moosh18 well I thought it looked like it, chart alone! No cm which I usually have, and the OPKs gave me one peak on the Tuesday! I’m really stumped! I know they say this is the most reliable method though! What day would you say ovulation occurred? I was thinking maybe Friday? I also had no dip then rise! I’ll continue to wear my monitor for another week and see what happens! It should continue to rise now shouldn’t it?
Ahh the TWW is torture isn’t it? I don’t feel it this month as I just don’t feel like I’ve ovulated! Sending you lots of luck!

Chart is looking good, mines was similar with the temp rise then took the ovulation away so I think we can safely say I haven't ovulated. I think Friday for you? X

@peonies yes I would say the Friday? Have you ever taken epo for fertile cm! Deffo makes a diff for me! I never ever noticed any before I started that! But only take it till day of ovulation! I had what o thought was ovulation last month did a whole TWW, then actually ovulated! I was fuming it was like a 4ww!! Is this early then for you? I'm sorry I keep forgetting what your cd is!

@Moosh18 very! why can't my body just work like everybody else's. Yes I have been doing my OPK's still, nothing yet. Haven't done one yet today will about 10/11 x

@RMS0209 I always do mine FMU, I feel like it gives a accurate answer on that one, then I do another before bed! I'm still so paranoid I haven't ovulated. But we shall see, I might even stop temping etc! I would be due on a week on Thursday,

My friends just told me she's 4 days late! Her periods are so so accurate like bang on 28 days! I would absolutely love that! Feel like so much lf the stress would be gone if you just knew you'd ovulate between 12/16 x

@Moosh18 well I’ve never ovulated this early no! But that’s not to say that I won’t based on the fact it’s been ovulation at cd32, cd40 odd, cd50 odd cd60 odd and then I had one at cd19 I think it was! So I’ve never had one at cd14 but I’ve never had two close together really! I always seem to ovulate 10 days before my period! I have never taken anything for cm, but usually it’s quite a tell tale sign for me, but this month not so much! Which makes me think I’m not sure if it is!

@Moosh18 the clear blues are FMU i got told with the cheapies to do between 10am/10pmish.
Fingers crossed you have ovulated so you can make the next week .5 fly by!
