TTC - Slow BBT Rise or didn’t ovulate?

Hello, I use Natural Cycles and the app confirmed my ovulation after a positive LH test and supposedly enough of an increase in BBT. However, my temps are lower than normal and no obvious spike like I usually have. Does anyone have any idea what my chart means?

Hm I would say that's inconclusive for now as there's potentially not enough FP data to identify a temp shift - but also because CD19 seems to be anomalous due to being taken later than usual. How much later was it btw?

My advice would be to adjust cd19 with a temp adjuster and carry on temping for now to see if a pattern emerges.

About an hour later than previous days! I will try that. Natural cycles doesn’t take into account what time you temp either. Is it possible for a temp shift to be that late after ovulation?

@Viviannemh it happens the day after ovulation which in turn happens 0-2 days after a positive LH test. If you haven't had a temp shift by then you probably didn't ovulate. How long are your cycles normally? If longish then perhaps you'll just have another positive test at some point, if a regular 28ish day cycle then odds are the temp shift hasn't been identified because you started temping too late this cycle.

I note that you had ewcm a few days after the positive test - what's your CM like now?
