TTC after stillbirth - 2WW test at 8 dpo?

Hello,

Currently TTC after a heartbreaking stillbirth end of 2021. I have two questions as I am in the 2WW and friends are inviting me for a night out tomorrow. Currently 7dpo and past 2 cycles have been 25-27 days (shortest I've had).

• is 8dpo to early to test?
• anyone else have experience with conceiving after a stillbirth? How long did it take? I was 24 weeks.

With my first baby I got a positive at 7 dpo and trying so hard not to symptom spot and I am scared to test 😅

I’m still ttc 😢 my ovulation is still around the 22 day mark and not showing any signs of moving more towards the middle of my cycle. Xxx

My partner and I have had some good news and I am currently 8 weeks pregnant. For peace of mind I have already had 2 early scans. The first one was worrying due to a low heart beat and the second confirmed all is well and the heartbeat is strong.

We have both had blood tests for a genetic test and awaiting results, this will help us understand a bit more about what happened with our first born.

I sent over some emails to the hospital and it seems they're finally pressing on things that should've been done a long time ago.

I was quite shocked to find out I was pregnant as all my tests were negative and it still doesn't feel real.

I hope you have some news to share. Otherwise , I'm hoping the best for you both and when your timing is right and when you're ready if you're not ttc right now xxx

I downloaded a different app to track my cycles and it was quite a bit off from the original one I was using and was a lot more accurate for me. I hope all is well xx

Congratulations, I’m so happy for you.
No joy here sadly 😢 still having really late ovulation. I’m not even sure I can keep trying right now.

Are you taking any extra vitamins? I feel like they can be helpful.
