Hoping for a BFP in March

Hey

I thought I would start a group for those of us hoping for a nice and positive pregnancy test in March!

I am TTC after 2MC and a chemical. I have a son who is 2.5years and I will be 41 next month 😳. I have an appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic in a weeks time. I am keeping positive though and staying hopeful. 2022 is our year.

I am currently CD11 and giving the sperm meets egg plan a go!

Added mine - it’s an AF date as I’m trying to hold off early testing 🙈

Hi all, I think I am gearing up to get a peak tomorrow, meaning ovulation on Friday.

Annoyingly, I will be away from home Friday morning until Saturday afternoon (why is it always the way!). Do you think if we DTD tonight (Wednesday) and tomorrow evening (Thursday), it might be ok? Would Saturday afternoon be too late if ovulation is on Friday?

@Decaffe should be absolutely fine. They say most conceptions happen in the days before ovulation rather than on O day x

Thanks Honey I read earlier this week that for all the websites we read saying 'sperm live for five days,' that is with optimum conditions, and on average it's more like 1.5-2 days so it's got me thinking!!

Added my AF day but my ovulation date isnt for certain so could be able to test earlier.

Well offically onto March at last now CD 36 today still no af and BFN this morning, but have now just started spotting which means af so can finally start prepping for this cycle! As I've said earlier in the thread it's DS's birthday this month so hopefully that gives me some extra luck somehow! 🤞

Hi everyone, jumping over from the February thread as AF has made her appearance :( hopefully I will have better luck this time. It will be cycle 6 for me🤞

@Decaffe that sounds good to me, I'd still go for it Saturday afternoon if I were you just incase, is it just symptoms that's making you think you'll peak on Friday or OPK's?

Looks good @HoneyLemon29😊🤞... it's so nerve wracking... can't focus today all I keep thinking is 'Are enough good swimmers waiting? 😂 Have I conceived?' All ques I can't answer but they won't go away!!
My LH is looking pretty much the same...wish I'd started temping. Hope your temp keeps rising! 😊 Xx

Hi again! Nice to see so many familiar names, and also welcome all my one-tubed sisters ;) Weird club to be in, but we're here together!

After two cycles of not tracking I decided to start using my fertility monitor again, as it stressed me out more not knowing when AF is due. Am I late? Am I early? 2WW is wild enough without that.

My predicted ov date would be next Monday. I'm trying to do Purple's method.

I have tested this morning on two separate occasions with OPK's from Home Bargains I had a few left at home. I'm CD21 today of my usual 29 day cycle and both tests seem to be indicating pretty strong results but I'm confused as to why!

Could they really be detecting HCG? I got two strong lines on CD11 - 13th Feb on the easy at home tests which I was doing between CD7 & CD15.

Anyone got any thoughts? I have some pregnancy tests arriving Friday!

How many dpo are you?
I mean there are only three explanations really...

a) you're pregnant, then your hcg tests will pick it up tomorrow as well
b) you didn't ovulate when you thought you did, maybe your body was gearing up for ovulation but it didn't work out and you're ovulating now
c) sometimes you'll get a rise in LH right before your AF starts

@Bundaberg84 if I ovulated when I think I did then I'm 9DPO today. I have another OPK which I'm tempted to do tomorrow morning to see if the tests are the same as they were this morning.

Me and my partner have dtd today to cover all bases but I just think it's bizarre that I could possibly be ovulating now when my period is due in a week! 🤔

@kizzy97 I'm CD1 too so we seem pretty similar! I'm TTC baby #1. Starting to feel disheartened but trying to stay positive :)

My name seemed to disappear for some reason so just adding back on.
CD 12 for me and ovulation due at the weekend. DD has a sickness bug today so hoping DH and I manage to swerve it and get DTD for the rest of the week.
Had acupuncture last night and have another session next week. It was sooo relaxing and she was amazing. Will see if it helps!

Hey everyone, is it ok if I join? This is cycle number 13, unlucky for some but feeling really positive that this is our month! Had one early loss in October 2021 at 6 weeks but not even a hint of a BFP apart from that.

I've had all the blood tests via the GP, DH has his SA booked for Monday 🤞 I'm on so many vitamins etc I must rattle when I walk 😂

Would definitely support those thinking about acupuncture - I've been going since November time and love it, so relaxing! And she's a good listener so doesn't mind me venting my TTC frustrations!

@Jellysweet I know the feeling, especially when we feel we're doing everything right and then it's just not happening. Hopefully this month is our month! Always nice to have a cycle buddy as well! xxx

@ViL89 I have heard so much about acupuncture helping, I live in such a secluded area, I wouldn't even know where to begin looking for someone 🙈

Im hoping I can figure out the opks as never used them before, do you have to test twice a day? I would read the instructions but my dog ate the packaging before I got home 🤣 xx
