Hoping for a BFP in March

Hey

I thought I would start a group for those of us hoping for a nice and positive pregnancy test in March!

I am TTC after 2MC and a chemical. I have a son who is 2.5years and I will be 41 next month 😳. I have an appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic in a weeks time. I am keeping positive though and staying hopeful. 2022 is our year.

I am currently CD11 and giving the sperm meets egg plan a go!

@BabyBird20 yes I have been dtd regularly just to make sure. Last month ovulation happened several days before natural cycles told me it would so don't want to take any chances!

TTC #1, second month. I'm 8 DPO right now and 2 days away from AF. This was the first month I ovulated. Felt it, did a test to confirm it and got SO FREAKING EXCITED to see that little smiley face.

But we've barely DTD since my partner hurt his chestnuts at work so I'm REALLY not very hopeful this month.

It's only the second cycle since coming off contraception so my cycles are still a little all over the place, I'm currently CD36.

Any advice, good wishes, anything would be much appreciated. I'm 32 now and so impatient to start my family 😥

@JammyJam it only takes one little sperm so you’re still in with a chance! Don’t get disheartened yet….this could be your month!!

I woke up at 5am with bad cramps….AF due on Monday so I think I’m out. Rubbish.

@BigAlice thank you for you support! I redid my calculations and I realised I'm actually 13DPO, I think my chances were really slim this month but that's okay.

Got a BFN this morning now. I keep telling myself that I wouldn't want a baby in November/December anyway 😂

We can have another go next month! Let's make some January babies 🤣🤣

Ladies I got my bfp 1st March and only dtd twice on 1 day and boom. Only takes one. Showering baby dust x

Thought I was out this mouth, negative clear blue yesterday evening and feeling upset.
I did a cheapie internet one step test this morning and I was shocked to find this faint but definitely there positive!
Just an fyi my Flo app says I’m 18dpo?! So I must have either ovulated later than it predicts or my HCG is just really slow to develop!
I’m in shock rn and can’t believe it
I’ve just bought a Clearblue fertility monitor for hundred quid!

Tested at 8DPO this morning because I couldn't wait any longer and got a BFN, might try again on Monday and see if anything appears.

Lots of watery discharge though which is unusual for me, is that a sign of anything?

Discharge can be a tricky thing to measure I find for me, 8dpo is still early I just got my positive at 18dpo! Xx

I'm so stupid! Why did I do this? I tested yesterday evening with my fertility monitor pregnancy stick, but because you can only use it at a certain time I just thought I might use it like a normal test. I did that when I had a BFP before and it worked. Of course there was a faint line right?? So I went down a google rabbit hole, none the wiser.
Did another this morning. Botchy test. Did another, saw nothing really. Put it in the monitor, says not pregnant. Then I read that you have to put the test in the monitor before the dye runs, otherwise it's a BFN. And there is a veeeeery faint line. I'm 12dpo or 11. AF due Monday. And all that chaos vor nothing, I'm so angry at myself.

So I'm probably out this month...family drama kicked off last night major, really hurtful things said and my self confidence has dropped to nothing...so what do I go and do?

Bought a packet of cigarettes and smoked...despite stopping back in September before ttc and not even thinking about one...beyond angry at myself right now...

Oh no @kizzy97 I'm so sorry to hear you've had such a rough time! Don't feel bad about one pack, it won't harm any potential baby as long as you draw a line and don't smoke any more! You can do this, you deserve that baby and whatever was said you don't deserve to have anyone make you feel that bad! Try to focus on your own self and block the negativity. I hope you're ok, sending virtual hugs.

Argh @Bundaberg84 that sounds frustrating! Could you get some ultra early cheapies from Amazon? Or a frer maybe to put your mind at rest?

Urgh ladies what's going on?
I'm CD13 and I usually ovulate between CD13 abs CD14 but I'm getting the empty circle on the clear blue tests 🤔.
It's so frustrating why can't conceiving a baby be straight forward and easy?

Hi ladies. I've been quiet as I was starting to get quite worked up about ttc and obsessively checking the chat and wondering if I'm doing everything I could be.
AF is 1 day late. I'm usually like clockwork to the day. Been feeling a little different so did a test and it's a BFN. I feel really disheartened now. I know I shouldn't but I just keep worrying that it's not going to happen.
