Hoping for a BFP in March

Hey

I thought I would start a group for those of us hoping for a nice and positive pregnancy test in March!

I am TTC after 2MC and a chemical. I have a son who is 2.5years and I will be 41 next month 😳. I have an appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic in a weeks time. I am keeping positive though and staying hopeful. 2022 is our year.

I am currently CD11 and giving the sperm meets egg plan a go!

@BabyBird20 I'm normally a 28 day cycles so I'll assume CD14 but I've had a couple of wonky cycles the last couple of months and didn't get chance to do an OPK yesterday but had a low one the other day. Going to do another one this evening! CD12 today and so far dtd CD9 and CD11 going to trying every other day I think xx

@sherbetmelon still no AF and another bfn this morning. I don't know what to make of it. Not sure if I ovulated later than I'd guessed or of my body is playing tricks on me.

Fingers crossed with what you have said, you've made me wonder if perhaps I could still be in the running

@emzybabble I can see a vvv faint line but it’s a FRER so don’t trust them much when they’re that faint. Try again tomorrow with FMU

I’m CD3 today, debating if I should just Cheap OPK this cycle, attempt temping, do CB OPK… I need to do something as my last cycle my Ov was two days earlier than usual, and cycle before was a bit shorter also.

Can I join please! First month TTC, no children yet. I am 29 and my partner is 31. I tracked my regular cycle for years now on apps so had a good idea when I would ovulate. Used the Clearblue tests for 6 days, finally today I got a big smiley face! I had EWCM yesterday and Friday and had sex yesterday.

Has anyone else used the clear blue digital opks and gone straight from blank circle one day to solid smiley the next? I've woken up to solid smiley so my husband had his favourite type of wake up call at 6am! 😂 I'm worrying though as had covid last month and im only day 12 today. My o day peak has come on day12/13 when I normally ovulate between days 16/18! Could covid have made me ovulate early and could that mean the egg isn't ready!? Argh! Always something to stress about when ttc!!

Yes same for me, yesterday morning I had a blank circle on Clearblue advanced and then this morning a big solid smiley!

Maybe this is a stupid question but how can you tell?

Just through checking it occasionally! Absolutely not daily or anything like that. It’s actually higher today than it seems to be at ovulation!

@BiscuitLover3678 stick a (clean) finger up and see if you can feel it. If it's high you're unlikely to be able to feel it at all, if it's low you'll likely come across it before your finger's all the way in

UPDATE! top one is yesterdays test (9DPO) and the bottom one is today (10DPO) I’m delighted and am so hopeful for a healthy pregnancy this time round 🤞🌈 Sending baby dust to you all ❤️

@Decaffe 8DPO and same here! I've been checking my cervix for 4 cycles now and definitely higher than usual and feels a bit different! Might be all in my head but hopefully it's a good sign for us both 🤞🏻

I've been catching up on the messages and congratulations to everyone with BFPs! CD12 now, feeling chilled but I always do until the TWW!

Thank you so much. I still can't believe it. For what it's worth, this month I really tried to switch off from it all. I came off all chats (until yesterday!) For the first month since my MC I thought what will be, will be. I didn't do any ovulation tests and went by my CM. I tried to listen to my body and we DTD every other day within a five day period.
I have been reading a book called 'trying to get pregnant (and succeeding) it's a little hippy dippy but the aim is to get you to think positively and 'talk' to your body.

The TWW is torture so I found it a good distraction and it helped me feel like I was still doing something to help the process.

Just had to share the mortification.... we're temporarily at my parents house while ours is renovated so ttc has been tricky. I've been doing opks and taking them back to the bedroom but this eve forgot and left one by the loo while I put the baby to bed... it's now disappeared 😱😱😱 I think my mum must have found it and now I need to go and live on a desert island! 😬😬😬

I'm out for this month, AF appeared 3 days late for the first time ever... here's to next time.

Am I seeing things?! I really don't think i am, I've had lots of indents in the past and these just look different!
I took the cheapie and thought I could see something so used the FRER and I'm sure there's a line not just an indent! It's loads clearer in real life!
