Hoping for a BFP in March

Hey

I thought I would start a group for those of us hoping for a nice and positive pregnancy test in March!

I am TTC after 2MC and a chemical. I have a son who is 2.5years and I will be 41 next month 😳. I have an appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic in a weeks time. I am keeping positive though and staying hopeful. 2022 is our year.

I am currently CD11 and giving the sperm meets egg plan a go!

@TeddyBeans bless you! Thanks! 😁 Tonight will be the third time using my lily, I slept with it in last night and oh my days was it stuck right in there this morning!! 😳😳

@Hxllyx32 I'm the same bought an early response one. Just the boots own brand and its been tempting me for 3 days!!! AF is due tomorrow.... so I'm thinking do I test in the morning or wait till Friday!!! Longest 2 weeks EVER!!!!

@Leafy80 oof! That made me shudder 😬 I had a hard enough time getting it out after an hour, let alone all night!

CD16 here, if I've ovulated already it must have been from my right side cuz I have felt absolutely nothing 😫 tentatively stating I'm in the TWW but in reality - who knows

Me too... I struggled after an hour as well. 20 or 30 mins max now!!!

Eek @Purple29 I'm so impressed you've managed to hold off testing. I always cave and test from about 10dpo! 😬 have everything crossed for the bfp for you!

I am trying the 'purple method' this month as it's become known on the last few threads! My o day varies from day 15/18 though so aiming to dtd on 12,14,16,18 and possibly 20 but doubt we'll have the energy to actually manage all that! Also still staying with parents temporarily so it's so hard to find a quiet time to dtd when they're out!! 😬😬

Snap! I'm also 7dpo today, thinking I'll probably test on Sunday (11dpo) if I can wait that long!

@BabyBird20 thanks. I always avoid testing till the day I'm due or the day after. I think the negative tests just knock me down.

The purple method has worked twice for me, so fingers crossed for you.

@sherbetmelon AF is due tomorrow for me, so I'll do a test in the morning. I will not sleep tonight. I kinda think/know its gonna be a BFN tho, just a feeling!!

@FreckledMouse @Nyxxie eeeek a few of us holding out for the weekend then! I'm sooo impatient, do you think a FRER would show up at 10dpo? I don't want to waste them and also be disheartened by a negative if I just need to wait a bit longer 🙈

@sherbetmelon I've not had any experience using them but seen people on here with BFPs at 10dpo.. but then others who've said it didn't show until later 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm trying to hold off as long as I can but will see! Fingers crossed for everyone!

@sherbetmelon @Nyxxie I'm also 7dpo today! Trying to hold out until Monday or Tuesday, but knowing me that'll go out of the window this weekend. Every morning since 5dpo is a battle to not POAS although I know they'd be BFN (crazy really!)...really hope there are lots of BFPs this month ✨✨✨

@Purple29 tried your method as well this cycle, let's see how it goes ;)

Well..... BFN just as I expected, so just waiting on the witch showing up now. So I am out for March 😭

If its OK ill stick around and hope to see loads of BFP from you all.

We won't be trying next month, to try and avoid dec baby!!

Thank you to you for spreading the baby dust and sharing your now famous method with us all!

It took me half an hour to work out how to use the clear blue digital ovulation thing lol but finally sorted it and got flashing smiley this morning. DTD last night… I’m CD17 today but had a 39 day cycle last month (3rd month after period returning from breastfeeding). Would you revise the plan @purple and bring the days for DTD forward this month? Feel so clueless lol.

@Snowwhite2020 I don't know. I just stuck to what my cycle told me, days wise. I never used sticks. The dr said that ov is most likely 14 says before AF so to work with that?
