Cramps leading to a chemical

I doubt anyone can help me with this as medical professionals don’t understand either, but has anyone encountered multiple chemical pregnancies along with awful cramping about 6 days after conception?
I’ve now had 4 chemicals, getting pregnant quite easily but not making it past 5 weeks. I’m also getting extreme cramps (that need hot water bottle and paracetamol ) around a week after conception, these cramps continue until the pregnancy fails.

It’s the same again this month so I know I’m about to have another one.

I’ve had my hormones tested and all is ok and well within range. I’ve had scans to check my ovaries and uterus and that came back ok apart from being told I have a tilted uterus- I don’t have endometriosis or PCOS and my cycles are bang on time every month.

I have two children with my youngest coming up to 4. Granted I am now 33, so not exactly in my prime age for having babies but not exactly over the hill either!

Just so confused as to why it keeps happening :(

I'm so sorry for what you've been through! So you didn't get any cramps when you were pregnant before?
Just asking because some women have cramps, starting with or around ovulation as uterus is stretching and so on.

I do remember getting mild cramps with my second successful pregnancy - but I had had an ectopic pregnancy before hand so I think it was maybe due to adhesions/scar tissue. These very much feel like really bad period pains (which I don’t actually get on my period :/). It’s just like my body is recognising the pregnancy but then working hard to reject it.
